Extremely Poor Communication, Items arrived late
My order took 11 days to be completed. The issue is not the waiting for me. The complete lack of transparency is what gets to me. I have been told to wait up to 9 days. But as time got closer i heard nothing from the support team about my order, even though i sent out multiple messages. Im giving them a 2 star because how could i not feel like i was being scammed?

Too much time to wait for simple purchases. Difficult to contact with a person
They say you have to wait 7 days, but I've waited almost 9 and 20 hours and nothing has arrived. It is difficult to contact with someone to ask for the purchase.
As it still has not arrived, I cannot say anything about the product, but it may not arrive. I'll ask for a refund if I don't have it tomorrow.
