Easy to order and possibility to get flowers even in Saturday. Nice packing, noneed to worry how to bring them without damaging flowers. And MOST important - Roses looks amazing.

Bestel eenvoudig uw rozen online via rozen.nl. Dagverse rozen direct van de kweker. Verser kan niet! De meeste rozen zijn in Nederland gekweekt. Daarnaast halen we een gedeelte (vooral de geverfde rozen) uit Ecuador. Ook daar doen we alleen zaken met de betere kwekers. Gratis bezorging door heel Nederland boven € 125,-

Op werkdagen - Vandaag besteld (tot 11:00 uur) Morgen in NL + BE bezorgd.

Bestel tot 11:00 uur, en in de meeste gevallen kunnen we ook die dag versturen. De volgende dag geleverd in Nederland en België, ook op zaterdag. (we zijn wel afhankelijk van de prestaties van de koeriers. Afhalen is dagelijks mogelijk maar wel in overleg, want we hebben geen winkel.

Hello

Hello, I ordered flowers to be delivered a week ago because I wanted them to be delivered on the 14th of Valentine's Day, but I received a letter from the delivery man that flowers will not be delivered today Thank you for such a service I want my money back I don't need your flowers

a very bad company, I will write to everyone, tell everyone how incompetent they are, never order flowers from them, they will never deliver

Thank you for the kind review. I will explain again here what I told you before when you were screaming to me. The package was prepared by us in time and given to the courier. During the sorting process a mistake was made and it ended up in the wrong van. Due to the sorting error, which is never convenient and specially with Valentine's day, your roses arrived a day late.

It was not delivered correctly and was…

The first day the delivery person came to our house and rang the doorbell and said he had a package for us, so we unlocked the door and waited inside, but no one came, so we went downstairs and looked around, no package, no delivery guy. Yet I got a text saying it had been delivered. I contacted costumer service and he said me We've prepared a new rose for you. and deliver it tomorrow. I said I would just wait a day. On the second day, he said delivery person would send me a short message five minutes before he would deliver it, but I didn't get it. We waited at home all afternoon. The delivery person didn't come, so I send a text saying no one came. On the third day, I got an email saying they couldn't deliver due to bad weather. It’s can’t help. On the fourth day, 10 minutes before the delivery was actually made, I received an email saying the delivery was completed.
I was sad again, but the delivery man came soon thereafter and I received the rose. The rose arrived withered and with thorns untreated. My friend injured her finger and we were sad to see the rose starting to die. Three days after it arrived, most of the petals were already damaged.
Do you really want to pay for this kind of service?
You all should pay more attention to the problem of delivery companies.
The service of delivering flowers should not be something that makes people sad.

A few days later, customer support informed me that the first package had been found and that it turned out to be a mistake by the shipping company. They took into consideration that the result was not satisfactory to me and refunded. It took a while, but in the end, they were sincere in their response.

I am very sorry to read such a terrible review. As a matter of fact the first day the delivery was made to your place, but you were not able to locate them. We started an investigation with the courier, but we are still waiting for a reply. Because we feel responsible for our customers and are looking for customer satisfaction, we decided to send a new shipment of roses. No questions asked, we paid for the roses and the second time courier charges. This same evening it was not delivered since there was nobody home. By mail and text you are notified about the aproximate delivery time. Friday there was a new attempt, however, deliveries were delayed or postponed due to the storm and weather code Red. Finally on saturday you were able to take the package with roses. When ordering roses, thorns are to be expected. Some have more and some have less. We don't remove them all, because each thorn removed makes a wound and is a possible source for bacteria. So I hope you understand this. I hope next time it will be better, If you contact me in advance I will give you a discount to make it up with you.

I ordered edible roses for a cake decoration. They promise seme day delivery, I still ordered 2 days in advance jsut to be sure. I received my flowers 6 days later when they were not needed anymore.

I ordered rose petals for my friends…

I ordered rose petals for my friends wedding, and they were beautiful! They arrived perfectly on time and wonderfully fresh. Highly recommended!
