Excellent site

The quality and presentation of the products is excellent . I do get confused on pricing and sales items but that may be just me . Also keeping up with the status of order is sometimes difficult on the site but I am always assisted “ in person” on WhatsApp . The products are excellent and beautifully designed . I love your clothing

I love your clothing, particularly your vivid shirts. Your delivery estimates need much improvement. It is understandable since they are manufactured in China.

Without a doubtVery positive about Royaura shirts

Without a doubt, the shirts that i have ordered have been beautiful. The colors and design has been outstanding. The shirts were shipped promptly although it does take 2-3 weeks coming from China.
I worked with Cathy in Customer Service and she may have been the BEST customer service person i have ever worked with. She was responsive to my needs.
It is also wonderful that the shirts can go in the washing machine and dryer to avoid spending money in taking them to the cleaner.

My experience

The first time I received my first order i was really impressed with how well the shirts were made. I wonder why it took so long for the shirts to ship until I realized that the shirts are not made until they are ordered and also you don't work on weekends. Put that aside I really love the shirts. I have bought 6 shirts.
I have working with Sophie in customer service and she is great. Have been passing out some of your business cards to people who show interest in the shift I am wearing.
I would like for you to provide a video on your website on how the shifts are made. That would go a long way to show customers how they are made and the quality put into making them.

Not what they are supposed to be/scammers

The shirts I ordered were supposed to be cotton/linen blends. One shirt out of three has the legally required content label and it says cotton 65%/polyester 35%. It feels like plastic. The other two have no content label but they also feel like they are not a cotton/linen blend. At first they said they would refund my money and I said fine, when I got the refund I would cancel my dispute with my credit card company. They then said they would give me 40%. I said I would let my dispute continue and they came back with 50%. I did not respond and they can deal with the bank now. Highly recommended to not do business with bait-and-switch scammers and sellers of illegal merchandise. Federal law REQUIRES all garments to be clearly labeled as to their content.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Shady at best!!!! Just received two shirts that do not match the photos posted on their website, one of the shirts isn't even close to what I expected to receive. Stay away from this company

I gave this company one star because I couldn't go any lower. I ordered two shirts, but got only one. When I got the ONE, it was not the material I expected & emailed them (as instructed) to set up a return. Their only response was another ad to buy from them. If you have to buy from them, do it thru Amazon (like I should have) so that you can return without any problems.

Waited about 25 days. Shirts never arrived. Refund received (NOT through Royaura, but rather thru my Credit Card Co.). I will NEVER be enticed again by their flashy on-line ads. If their service was as skillfully executed as is their advertising, they's be a 'go-to' company. Instead, they suck.

Think twice, no, three times before purchasing

I had purchased a few retro shirts from Royura prior and these were fine shirts for the price. Not Tommy Bahama, but polyester, cool, sporty shirts. My recent order arrived the shirts looked nothing like the photo which showed a denim-looking shirt. It arrived as a shiny, polyester shirt. Trying to get a refund is a nightmare! Still trying to work through it and I have spent way too much of my time on it. do yourselves a favor...go to Amazon and shop where no one gives you the third degree on returning a product you aren't satisfied with. AND, use a credit card that backs your purchase and you can lodge dispute with.
