Had a problem with an unfulfilled order, but Royaura would not answer my many emails. I tried calling, but the voicemail box was full.
In the end I had to ask my bank to cancel the transaction.
Royaura has still not acknowledged any of this.
So no more business from me, which is a shame as the shirts are good.

plastic shirts, not cotton!

I purchased two "James Bond Dr. No Hawaiian-style shirts; one for myself and one for a friend. We both absolutely love them! The shirts fit great, are extremely comfortable and are receiving lots of admiration. Thank you very much! I will surely be a returning customer.

Items were delivered in good time and the site is very informative and easy to nagivate.

My husband just loved the shirt we/I got for him. Great colors and he receives compliments whenever he wears it. Also, I made a mistake when I first ordered. I picked an identical style shirt but colors were just a little different than the one I really wanted. I was able to quickly contact Cathy in Customer Service and she changed it for me. No hassle, just great Customer Service. If you're looking for a show stopper shirt, give Royaura a try. I think you'll be glad you did too.

Ordered a Shirt from Royaura and it showed up just as advertised. The Size was exactly what I ordered and fit great and the material of the Shirt was Good and fit and Looked Great !!!!

Ah! What a Dazzling assortment of beautiful shirts. Personally, I LOVE bright, saturated colors, and I also enjoy content that makes one think.

The customer service is outstanding! Needed to change sizes right after placing an order and they were right on top of it. The shirts are a delight for my fellow coworkers and very light and comfortable to wear especially on these hot, humid florida days! This is still my go to company!

My opinion: Royaura isn't for everyone, but they seem to have the Best and most varied designs geared to men who don't take themselves too seriously. They are fun and colorful. The material is comfortable to wear, easy to clean, and the shirts are totally affordable. The timing to receive them is long, since I'm guessing they come from China. I look forward to seeing what they have next.

Their shirts are first class and eye catching! I always get positive comments when I'm out and about wearing them. With all the themes and designs, I just keep needing "one more" for every occasion ;)

Royaura makes beautiful shirts. I have quite a few and rotate through them at work. There's a huge selection on colours, themes, holidays, and special events like Birthdays. The quality is good and they are very comfortable.

I own over 35 Royaura shirts. I love the fun styles, the fit, and the quality they match patterns perfectly on each side of the button down and are easily laundered. I order.4x, and I love the comfortable fit. I use them extensively for cruise ship, travel, and most of all I appreciate the reasonable pricing and excellent customer service

During the processing and shipping of my order Cathy kept me up to date with tracking number for my package and followed up after the packaged was delivered to ensure I was satisfied with my order which was 9 shirts, I was.

Cathy was very timely and responsive to my concerns. Most of my order was great, but there was a mishap with one part of the order. She and the Company were very amenable to make it right. --Doug VE

I placed an order with Royaura in December 2025 and, months later, I still have not received my items. From the beginning, the experience has been extremely frustrating. The tracking information provided never worked, so I had no way of monitoring my delivery. Then, without any warning, I received an email claiming my package had been delivered—despite the fact that nothing had arrived.
After contacting the company, they eventually confirmed that the parcel had been delivered to the wrong address. Despite this being entirely their error, I was not offered a refund or a replacement. Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails, but my concerns have largely been ignored and no resolution has been provided.
This issue is still ongoing, It should not take this long to fix such a straightforward issue. Based on my experience, I feel completely let down and have unfortunately come to the conclusion that this company is not trustworthy.
I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from Royaura.
