Egregious Customer Service

At noon PST, I called RN. I decided to wait on hold to speak with someone in person. I was #42 in the queue. 3 hrs and 16 mins later when my place in the queue reached #7, they shut the phones down for the night. I was so angry I was almost in tears. I have a migraine after waiting that long and so I calculated how many times I heard their two messages that were seconds apart over the 3 hrs and 16 mins = 871 times i listened to their messages.

Now, I have to call again at o'dark 30 to do it all over again.

This is egregious customer service!

Zero rating!

Zero rating!! They took money from my account for a policy I never got and then told me I had to wait 21 days for a refund. I spent over 2 hours on hold only to speak with some representative named Ashley in the billing department that was extremely rude. When I sent an email, I never got a response. Worst company I have ever dealt with. TERRIBLE

Uses cynical marketing about charity, but lacking any ethics

Has a nasty habit of continuing to take money out of your account months after you have canceled the account. When you tell them to remove your payment information, they claim they don't have it, and despite your bank showing they charged you, you weren't charged. I literally have to file a formal complaint with your state and cancel your bank account to keep them from charging you.
They also have the worst customer service operators outside of Bangalore. They will tell you you aren't really seeing the charge you are looking at with your own two eyes, and then expect you to be satisfied with their 'assurance' that you will not be charged again. Of course, there is absolutely zero reproductions if her assurance is false, so it means absolutely nothing.
This company hides behind unprovable claims of charity and protection of women, but it is literally the most cynical marketing ploy I have ever come across. Dealing with this company makes you want to take a shower after.

HIRE MORE PEOPLE TO TAKE CUSTOMER AND…

HIRE MORE PEOPLE TO TAKE CUSTOMER AND AGENT CALLS!!!! Non responsive customer support. Can't get through after hours of holding. Was forced to leave a message after over 2hours waiting. No one has responded for over a week. I've tried to get help an hour at a time all week and can't get through. Hard to stand up for this with clients.

Royal pain

I couldn’t tell you if Royal. Neighbors is a decent company or not. I can’t get through to talk to anyone. Yesterday, I called 2 hours before closing and ended up having to leave a voicemail because they closed before they got to my call.
This morning I called first thing just to get a message that said every one is unavailable due to a”company wide meeting”. I was finally able to get in the holding queue at 9am. It’s now 2:22 pm I and have been listening to their discount jazz hold music for almost 5 and a half hours. I’ve been #1 in the queue for over 2 hours. Apparently I got in just behind the most talkative person on Earth. This is no way to treat people, particularly when you consider why people are calling a life insurance claims line. Disgraceful.

Royal Neighbors …horrible company

I’ve been on hold with Royal neighbors twice now for over 50 minutes. Their customer service and claims department is terrible. It’s unacceptable to have a company where people rely on getting their money and not be able to get through.

Grieving family has to come in and sign AGAIN

This company does not answer it's phones for claims. After two different times being on hold for 2 hours and 38 minutes, the phone call is cut off. I had sent in a claim for a family and then after days of nothing i called and find out it's the wrong paper work. I get the right paperwork and fax it in. Again days go by, I call again. I sent to the wrong fax. I send to the correct fax and mail it in. I am now being told I have the wrong paper work again. I now have to call a grieving family to sign another set of forms. The two main jobs of this company is to take money from people and then pay their expenses after they pass and are currently rocking at 50%.

They "lost" a check for $416.50

They "lost" a check for $416.50, cancelled my policy. I had to pay hundreds to re-instate it. Then they "never got" another online payment even though it cleared my bank. How does a life insurance company lose more than even one payment?

Most useless company. Very useless company they will lie to…

Very useless company they will lie to you and take your premiums and keep postponing the pay out. They wrote 75+ yr old father in law burial policy he died almost a year ago they have delayed paying anything. Told the dr they wanted copies of his medical records for 2 years then claim they can’t get them. The dr office has them waiting but royal won’t pay for those records. They want us to. They knew everything that was wrong with him from day one. I wouldn’t insure a dog with these crooks.
