ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT!
Only use this company if you enjoy extreme levels of stress and stratospheric hypertension!
They send you forms with options to cash in your pension you don't have on forms they don't even accept if you did. It then takes them six weeks to send you new forms again with options you don't have on forms they won't accept. It took them FIVE attempts to transfer funds to another provider FIVE attempts! How is it possible for a company to be this utterly useless? They don't call you back, they don't care and they certainly aren't interested in customer relations or looking after customers. You pay into a pension for 24 years but God help you if you want to access your money. An infected and impacted wisdom tooth would be less painful than dealing with Royal Incompetence, sorry: Royal London. If you have a few hours to spare with some valium handy then be my guest..........

The ease of use, and the service received

The speed of actioning my income payment request was 5 stars. In general the performance of my pension has been fantastic over the years beating my expectations considerably.

It is so nice to be able to speak to actual human beings, after explaining to the customer service advisor my query, they promptly redirected me to the pension beneficiaries team. The gentleman I spoke to was excellent, he was very pleasant and polite, took the time to explain things in detail and more than happy to answer all my questions to ensure I had understood the process and options available to me.

Greta was absolutely fantastic! We spoke on the phone yesterday and I needed a call back today at 4pm and there was the call spot on at 4pm and we finished processing my request within 15 mins. Would highly recommend

I called to increase my pension draw down. I was put through to a customer service representative within a few minutes. She dealt with the request quickly and it was all done in less than 10 minutes, the changed payment is set for next payment date. Really impressed with the ease of contacting someone. The speed of service and ability to request the changes pension when I need to.

I spoke to Martin Coe who was extremely helpful with my request regarding the drawdown of my pension and everything has been sorted on the same day. I also spoke to Bailey to begin with who took all my details before passing me over to Martin which made the transition seemless.
