Excellent experience ordering two Crittal doors from Royal Heat. Just had to send pictures of style I was looking for and doors were made exactly to match. Excellent detailed engineer drawings sent prior to fabrication and images of doors before packaging sent to me also. We are so delighted with the quality of our doors. Due to the low prices quoted, I was wary about the quality of the products I would receive but I took a chance and ordered windows and doors for my build. I'm glad I did! When I ordered I was given a lead time and everything arrived on time. Vytautus was really helpful and super friendly throughout the process, even when I asked lots of questions about design and installation he'd reply right away.

An excellent experience overall, would highly recommend.

Overall, Royalheat.ie are a fantastic company. Their are reliable, friendly and professional. I ordered all windows and Aluminium door for my new build and I was honestly blown away with the quality of their product. It was nothing compared to what I was being offered locally. I received much better quality for a much better price. Their service was superb, I was kept updated on my order and delivery. Any queries was received in a rapid response. I cannot fault this company in any way and would highly recommend.
