I completed my hair transplant thankfully everything went good.
I’m gonna list price for most things so you know what to expect and what you want to do

Rezarta the medical assistant will be your contact person with getting information and setting up dates for procedure, she has been great.

Royal hair has been great and the communication has been good throughout the whole process. When looking for the right clinic research and ask questions communication should be priority between you and the clinic.

Price - this is the most important to people traveling abroad and I get it you want to have enough for the procedure and the flight. My procedure cost me $1,460 and the procedure I chose was the DHI method. From what I researched DHI was a need for the best results , not saying FUE doesn’t give you good results but DHI gives you more density.

If they need to take from another donor area there will be an additional charge of $260 but it’s not mandatory to do it is just highly recommended.

Pain - the pain was a mf but that was because of the local anesthesia, just a bunch of long needles being poked into your head over and over until your unable to feel it. The painless option is there but it’s $140. After the anesthesia taps in you don’t feel much from there on. It is uncomfortable being awake through the process because your sitting there and not moving , the painless option puts you to sleep and you wake up when it’s done. Your looking at an 8hr procedure.

Hotel : the hotel was great , I wasn’t fond of the food but you can figure out how to order food from restaurants around the area. Purchased a European conversion wall outlet from Amazon for about $9, the outlets are not the same as the U.S.

People: google translate will be your best friend , they try their best to understand you but you’ll be wasting time trying to explain to them , I’ve had pretty good convos with people there using google translate.

Respect them , they don’t understand you much so do your best with google translate to explain , they have a translator there but they walk around from person to person translating.

After care : I had my first wash today and man I’ll tell you the donor area is so sensitive to the cold water but overall it went well. They will give you after care shampoo and foam at no extra charge it comes as part of the package. There is a 6-month after care product option that cost about 230 euros.

Transplanted hair has fallen out as expected due to the shock loss phase
Itching went from mild to occasionally

I have been using coconut oil and pure rosemary oil for moisturizer and growth

Supplements - iron and biotin

All has been going as expected with transplant
I was worried for a bit with the shock loss due to the bald appearance but can see hairs starting to sprout

So glad I picked this place for my hair transplant. Spoke with many different clinics but after speaking with Rezarta she assured me this clinic was the best. From the vip transport to the hotel to the clinic and aftercare. It's all been excellent Rezarta is always quick to reply and answer any questions. You get a certificate of guarantee as well the staff are excellent 👌

Anyone thinking of a hair transplant then this is the place to chose. Looked after me from start to finish. Made to feel at ease all the way through. Picked up from the airport, took the hotel, took to the hospital. I was a bit on edge about going to a foreign country on my own but made to feel like I was at home. Had constant contact on WhatsApp to ask any questions and always had a reply in 2 mins. 100% happy with the end result. Couldn’t have asked for more.

All in all had a very good experience with Royal hair Istanbul, the clinic was professional and so were the staff and I was well taken care of. They done a great job with the transplant and I am very satisfied. I will say that the communication with Fiona prior was good except that she did not mention that if more graphs were needed from additional donor areas I.e the beard and or chest I would be charged €250 for each additional donor area. This is not a problem but if explained before hand I would have been prepared to pay extra on the day instead of being told during the consultation. That aside I was pleased with the overall service and procedure.

Great experience, very precise and friendly, continued support before and after the transplant (a special thanks to Rezarta!), the clinic provides you an interpreter /facilitator the day of the surgery. Let's wait for the final result, meanwhile: suggested!

The company took care of me, professional, and solid team. I had a good transplant. It is painful but if you do it right post-op its very worth it.

Negotiate the optional addons, but they want you to have a great result and protect you.

I would like to express my great satisfaction with the service I received at Royal Hair Istanbul. A big thank you to Mersada, who has been kind and supportive from the very beginning. She was always available to answer all my questions, and even when there was a slight delay with the taxi, she reassured me. The procedure went perfectly, and I was well taken care of at every step. From being picked up at Istanbul airport by taxi, to the transport to the hotel, then to the clinic, and back to the airport, everything was perfectly organized. I'm also very happy with the early results, even though it will take a few more months to see the final outcome. A big thanks to the whole team for the excellent care!
