Fair gameplay, but still no withdrawal after 3 days
I now have 3 active withdrawal requests at RoyalGame totaling 4000 PLN. All of them have been pending since June 9 — and not a single one has been paid.
My account is verified. I did not use any bonuses. I won 10,000 PLN from a 1500 PLN deposit through fair gameplay.
Support only tells me to wait without offering any clear answers or processing times. It’s been more than 3 business days, and the funds are still marked as “active” — not even rejected or processed.
This feels like deliberate stalling to avoid paying users who win. Unless I receive payment within 24 hours, I will escalate to financial authorities and consumer protection platforms.
This is deeply disappointing and feels predatory.
