I have only recently started working for royal educare and have honestly not been happier in a work environment previously. Liam is always so helpful and understanding with shifts and very easy to approach if needed. The flexibility, being able to be there with my son aswell as having a work balance, with the pay ontop is amazing! Fab company and I couldn’t be happier ☺️.

This is a great Agency to work for, the team really cares about you as a person. Can't recommend this company enough, they definitely practice what they preach.

Great company! I haven’t worked for them too long but I’ve had plenty of shifts. Great communication between all staff. Plenty of help and support when needed!

I have recently starting working with royal edecare and I have nothing but good things to say, I have a full time job with 3 children so my availability can be all over the place but Liam still manages to find shifts to suit me every week. I have learnt so much in such a short space of time due to all the courses they have managed to get me on. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, all in all a great agency to work for 😊

I have been working with Royal Educare since April and I’ve not enjoyed another job like it. They pay very well, flexible hours, never a lack of shifts. Good benefits. Wouldn’t be where I am now without the help from the royal team, specifically Liam, Paul and Ieuan.

I have been with royal educare for around 2 years now and it is the best experience I’ve ever had with work! Liam always makes effort to find you as many shifts as possible working around what your availability is! The whole team is also very understanding and caring when it comes to you as a person and also your health! Liam always helps me to work around my schedule as sometimes it can get busy and is always supportive! Honestly cannot praise royal educare and the staff there enough!

I have been working for Royal Educare for just over a year, the nicest employers ever.Liam, Ieuan and Paul are awesome, they don't just see if you can work, they check on you as a person as well, The first job I have ever had where they actually care about ur health and give you good support.They offer training and support and give good feedback when they receive it as well.

My first time working with an agency and they are brilliant. Asked for full time hours and that’s all they have given me, very professional. Always make sure I have shifts. I do a variety of care and I absolutely love mixing it up. Haven’t been with this company long but I would highly recommend. If there are any issues Liam will always assure me with a solution. Get good feedback for myself which is always reassuring. I am willing to stay with them for a while. Would like to thank this company for doing a good job😁
