I dont do reviews really ever but have to give a 5 star 100% to these guys with my experience.
ordered sunday nigth and my 2 fleeces arrived friday morning in dublin city, ireland.
free postage
no dramas
and pay in three instalments via alma service they offer.
for a paris store with three small shops from what i see pretty impressive.
just as fast and maybe even faster than some of the bigger brands who have more money to spend on their delivery and website process
will defo shop again

Bad dispatch and slow delivery

Nice selection of clothes and accessories. BUT, when you buy online, it's so long..... You pay 17€ for a 24/48h delivery but after 3 days they still haven't dispatched your order. Not sure why I keep shopping there....

No Refund and No Response After Returning Item

I purchased a pair of pants, but unfortunately, I mistakenly ordered the wrong model. After several emails, where the communication was unclear, I was informed that you would not assist in resolving the issue. We eventually agreed that I would return the package at my own expense using a self-purchased shipping label.

I have now sent the package to the address provided, but I have neither received a refund nor a response to my emails. It has been over two weeks since the package was delivered to your address. I kindly request an update on the status of my refund as soon as possible.

I hope we can resolve this matter promptly. If I do not receive a response, I may need to escalate the issue further. Thank you for your understanding.
