Great first experience. I had a minor problem due to the version I wanted to update so I sent an email to support and had an answer within 20 minutes. Everything worked great.

My first Windows Server 2025 key didn’t work, which was a bit frustrating.
But honestly, the support team was great — super quick to respond and really helpful.

I contacted their support team, but the issue has not been resolved so far.

I would not recommend buying from this site unless they fix this issue and take responsibility. I am still waiting for either a valid replacement code or a full refund.
