Amanda Finch and still no food

Have had terrible experience with Amanda Finch on the phone. The most unhelpful, unpleasant and rude customer service agent I have ever encountered. Went out of her way to be unhelpful. Sent the wrong food, no apology. Then when I complained she stated she wasn’t happy with me complaining. Refused to talk to me. At no case did I raise my voice or was rude to her. Cannot even do her job properly.

It's safer to buy dog food from a store

The delivery drivers Royal Canin use, DPD, will dump the good at the perimeter of your property and drive off. Had this two sucessive times, the first in rain where item's packing turned to mush. You are better off either choosing a more customer focused brand, or drive to a store yourself.

Breeder & Nutritionist Research

As a breeder & nutritionist, I want the very best start for my kittens, and perfect health for my Queens. It’s easy to feel ‘Food Shamed’, with some social media marketing, that makes you believe that big brands are wrong.
I scientifically analysed 10 products, from raw to supermarket brands, with Royal Canin coming out on top for protein, fat, ash, vitamins, DHC & taurine. They also came out on top for value for money, where I have the “facts” coming in a YouTube video.
I don’t think there’s anything left to say, other than “If you want the best for your cat, and your wallet… you found it”.

My dog loves her meals

My dog loves her meals, she’s thriving health wise. She had digestive issues and every other brand of foods went through her (she’s a teacup chihuahua) or she would eat them for a few days then sniff at it fussily. But this brand she eats consistently.

The subscription and monthly delivery is a great service, with a discount and the subscription is easy to manage online you can amend your order up to the day.

Tried to alter my subscription online…

Tried to alter my subscription online but was unable to. Rang the helpline for help. I was assured that it had been changed. I have now received 2 bags of food instead of one! So have had to skip next delivery. K

My French Bulldog has been on Royal…

My French Bulldog has been on Royal Canin kibble since being a pup. He started on the puppy version then moved on to Adult version for Frenchies. He has been a healthy and happy dog with little to no problems. Admittedly once in a while he can get a little bored with the same food, but the odd treat addition sees him through.

Delivery was rubbish 🗑

Delivery was terrible
Driver left the Delivery in the open on the door step in the pouring rain and did not follow the instructions to leave with the neighbour,

You cannot track the parcel once it leaves the warehouse also it does not give you a time slot i.e. morning or afternoon

I have been feeding my dog with Royal…

I have been feeding my dog with Royal Canine products since he was a puppy. He loves it and there is sufficient variety to alternate foods. With the subscription in place I have peace of mind and never run out of food. Thank you

Lazy delivery

Parcel left outside our neighbours back gate and definitely not a safe place.
Our back gate is closer and plenty of areas inside to leave but didn't even attempt to deliver as driver never appeared on the front or back ring doorbells
