Company does not stand behind their product

I bought a pair of their boots at Christmas last year for my daughter. They claim to be a Canadian company. Beautiful boots!! My daughter wore them one time one month later during a snowstorm to shovel snow and the leather split and the color came off the boots! I contacted customer service sent pictures and they offered no refund or replacement. They stated that was normal wear and tear! I paid $250 and were horrible boots. For being a winter boot even advertisement showed walking in the woods in the winter! I’m out $250 and no boots. Do not order these boots if you want them for outdoors! And you can’t talk to person all customer service is through email/text.
