company fixed my issues at the end
I wrote a bad review previously and the company took my statement seriously and finally responded to my email after ignoring several of them. To patch up their mistakes, they offered to refund me the shipment fee which was 40euros and sent my order through another shipping company instead and I finally received the product after one month of waiting. it was a very frustrating experience at first but I was pleased with the result at the end so thank you royal glass.
