In an effort to hear back from Roxi, I submitted my earlier review here, but haven't received any response yet. It appears they prioritize positive comments. This was my final attempt to reach them since they haven't replied to any of my previous inquiries.
Utterly useless! Doesn’t even start up! You get it connected and but says the servers are basically out of action! The telephone number doesn’t work and emailing only gets you an automated reply telling you to read the Q&A’s!

Loved Roxi but an advert after EVERY tune? Both annoying and distracting. Fair play after 15/30 minutes have an ad break but not every tune, this has spoiled an otherwise excellent provider.
Tried the app thinking it offered a decent free experience, but most of the fun stuff was suddenly locked behind a paywall after just one day. Felt like a bait-and-switch. Reached out for help but got no response. Seems like they only engage when the reviews are glowing. Not impressed.
Can't find out how to renew Roxi Premium. Can't cope with the adverts. Roxi was absolutely brilliant up to this point. Are they not supporting it anymore,. Anyone else know?
Keeps crashing for me and there are ads every few minutes!

The user interface was intuitive, making it easy to find and listen my favorite music videos
Never had any issues with ROXI until recently. Unable to renew my premium subscription. Cannot deal with frre option because of the ads.Will have to look elsewhere.
Had Roxi for yrs 1st I had the console now on sky go but my premium has run out and now there is nowhere to renew so find it hard with the ads sorry Roxi but no reply from Roxi support please sort it out

Edit 21st November - ROXi reached out to me by email in the end with a very well written letter. Better late than never and I'm given hope that at some point the ROXi service may be back to its best.
I'm afraid I need to add to the recent list of negative reviews. ROXi was, for a time, one of the best things about my TV service and I was happily paying for the premium subscription service. In the last couple of months though, the service has become completely unusable. It started out as the app crashing and then losing lots of the tracks I had in Favourites, to the point now where the app won't even launch.
It's such a shame because when working to its full potential, I think ROXi is great. The low review score is also in part due to receiving no reply to my recent communications. With no phone or chat support, it feels like the service is being mothballed, but I hope it bounces back and I can then revisit this review.
I've had to switch to YouTube Music for around twice the price, but I need to get my fix of my favourite music videos on TV one way or another.
We’re playing it on sky and all we get every 2 turns are adverts!!!! Very boring! Will be cancelling my subscription
When I bought a new TV I tried out the app and i thought I cancelled my subscription but a payment of £6.99 was taken out of my bank account, I looked on the app to see can I cancel my subscription again and it's up for maintenance but for how long it has being who knows , I emailed them and no reply ,
Got reply and refunded, but they need to make it easier to cancel a subscription.
Had this app on my tv for a while there were limitations to sing with the artist on the free so I paid the subscription as it was good fun, however half hour after I’d paid none of the karaoke songs would load everything else seemed to work but choosing sing with the artist was a no go and ruined what started as a fun evening.
Very disappointing better of not wasting your money
I left my previous review on here in the hope that someone from Roxi would contact me but nothing, it seems they only respond to positive feedback. This was my last resort to get in contact with them as they have never responded to any other requests
Great idea but ruined by adverts and loading failures
Tried to do a music quiz , got stuffed by the adverts as failed to load next song after previous advert ,1st score of 335 , got black screen , 2nd score of over 500 .same again ..maybe would've been better if could actually hear the songs or select the options
Deffo won't be paying for premium , useless glitches system
