Lacking in Quality
I absolutely love the jewellery produced by this company. It is fun and stylish and looks great. I have bought 4 pieces between 2022 and 2025 (1 anklet, and 3 necklaces).
For the cost, I would expect each item to be a bit more robust, considering it is considerably expensive. 3 out of my 4 items have all broke, and have broken just after the warranty expires. It is incredibly frustrating as not only are these items expensive, but it also costs to get them fixed.
I do love their items, but I will not be purchasing from them again, as these do not seem to be items that can be worn over and over again (even though I removed them when going into water). Such a shame.

Regarding our warranty, all of our pieces are covered by a 1-year warranty. This does not cover general wear and tear, however we are always available online, over the phone, or in-store to provide support and guidance.

Wonderful jewellery & wonderful people
On trying to leave a second Google review for Roxanne First I realised that wasn’t possible, so I'm sharing the love here too as I want to shout about them as much as possible.
I had my second visit to the shop, & it was an absolute joy. Both Victoria & Astrid were so helpful. We looked at different styles of necklaces together, they helped me try them on, & gave me their (much appreciated) thoughts on which ones suited me best so we could narrow the choices down. In the end it was a choice between two, & although I absolutely loved both, I went for the one that had, quite frankly, stolen my heart a little bit the moment I tried it on. I never felt pressured or rushed, we chatted through each piece, & the experience felt like shopping with a couple of friends who were also super knowledgeable about all the products. Roxanne First makes the most stunning, unique, excellent quality jewellery pieces, & the amazing staff are the lovely cherry on top of the joy of buying this beautiful jewellery. Can't recommend highly enough! (Also, my friend who was there with me & not so interested in jewellery was very appreciative of the comfy sofa to chill out on while I was busy with all the sparkles!)

Repair
I recently took my necklace from Roxanne First to be repaired and I had a wonderful experience. The necklace that I had repaired is one that I have worn nearly every day for the last 5 years so it had taken a lot of ware and tear. The team at Roxanne First were very helpful and responsive when I reached out them to arrange my repair, and the process was very easy. The repair was performed to a high standard and the necklace looks good as new again.
I would highly recommend this brand, and I am very happy to have my loved necklace back.

Do not buy from this brand
I bought two Roxanne First huggies, both fell out and disappeared within a couple months of wear. I haven't experienced this with any other jewellery brand. Considering the price point, this is completely unacceptable. I got in touch with the customer service and they basically gaslit me saying their team had never experienced the same issue and it wasn't possible for this to have happened. They also suggested I should have been the one to check whether a clasp was loose and reported it to them before it was possible for it to have fallen out. They didn't offer any solutions and implied that I was lying. Considering the price of their jewellery their customer service does not align.

We are sorry to hear that you have lost your huggies. At Roxanne First, we design our jewellery to ensure quality and longevity. Unfortunately, as your purchase was made two years ago, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund as our warranty does not cover lost pieces.
We would also like to clarify that we never implied that you were lying. Our intention was simply to explain that earrings do not fall out on their own, and an external factor would have contributed to their loss. We always recommend checking clasps regularly to ensure they remain secure as gold is a very malleable material and clasps (regardless of the brand) will soften over time and will need to be tighten from time to time.

One stud apparently
I have been buying my wife RF jewellery for sometime now. For Xmas I bought her the red lips necklace. I wanted to purchase the studs to match the necklace. They did not have these in stock so I put my name down to be emailed when they were in stock. I purchased them when notified. There were problems with the delivery but RF were reasonable about this. When my wife opened the gift on Xmas there was only one stud in the box. I was embarrassed and annoyed and emailed complaining. I was told they are sold individually. Who does this? . When I went back to the online description it is clear but I still feel that I have been fooled into buying one stud. Would you check cuff links to make sure you were buying two? Perhaps you should if RF sell them. This is damaging for their brand in my view and I will not be shopping there again.

It seems the frustration stems from a misunderstanding about the product description, which states that the item is sold individually, using “stud earring” (singular) rather than “stud earrings.” This is also reflected in the pricing, which is not indicative of a pair of sapphire earrings. Additionally, the product is pictured individually, aligning with how it is sold. This approach is common among many reputable jewellery brands and is to accommodate the needs of most of our clients who often purchase single earrings for their multiple piercings.
We wish you had reached out to our team after collecting your order from our store in November, they would have been happy to clarify this and assist you before Christmas.
We are genuinely sorry that this misunderstanding led to your disappointment, but we strive to ensure transparency by including all specifications on our product pages.

The London jeweller for cool necklaces
I’ve been to Roxanne First’s shop many times and it’s always such a pleasure to visit. The staff are incredible at looking after you and very warm and welcoming. Not to mention her collections are always on point and original, I find it really hard to resist the earrings especially. She really is the jeweller to go to in London. You’d be mad to miss it!
