Update 28.4.26 - Have now had a full refund from Rowdy. Faith restored - thanks Rory.
Contacted Rowdy at the beginning of April - the day I received my order- as I wanted to return it for a refund. After a couple of emails I received the response that they were on holiday until 20 April at which point they would be in touch. Despite a couple of reminders from me this week I have still heard nothing.

The quality of the leather & metalwork, the design & the brightly coloured lining!
And of course, the regular progress updates of my order - very reassuring.

Absolutely beautifully made, high quality bag! I got the large tote in Mountain for my 40th and I couldn't be happier with it. The lining is super soft and cottony. Honestly I'm already thinking about getting another size in the future!

I ordered the Cedar large crossbody bag and it arrived very quickly, not as big as I thought and the strap is quite thick, but I'm ok with that. Its a lovely soft leather, and the only reason for the 4* is the smell, its like being in the rhino house at the zoo, no one else has commented on this which I find concerning. I am hopeful it will dissipate after being out of the packaging. Like the addition of the dust bag though.

Lovely website and choices of bags. Beautiful quality and something that will last for years. Easy order, and delivery although a little slow, but they were honest about time to delivery as not made in huge numbers as quality over quantity is to be applauded! Would order (and probably will!) again. Thank you.

My maple Rowdy Tote Bag is the best bag I've ever owned!

The leather is soft as butter, yet so sturdy and well made.

I've used my tote bag in everything from days out in town to long weekends away, hikes and long walks, beach days, and everything in between.

I've had so many comments on my Rowdy Bag from people who love the classic and simple style.

I've received a second Rowdy Bag now, the sling bag in the colour maple and love it so much.

I know these bags will last a lifetime, and I'm totally here for it!

Gorgeous leather beautifully made , the large sling bag is not wide enough though the depth is fine but too slim to be very much use as intended

I purchased the maple Crossbody bag and it's lovely, really well made and a beautiful colour. In fact I loved it so much I treated myself to the Sling bag for those occasions I need a smaller bag. I'm really happy and can't fault the products or service.

I have two Rowdy bags. They are beautifully made from leather which is soft but robust. The leather improves with age as long as it is looked after. I have a large maple tote and a red sling, so all situations covered! A great company to deal with, good delivery time.

Order came promptly - I was expecting a longer wait judging by some other reviews but the the timescale for delivery was clear on website and bag arrived well within time. Bag itself is gorgeous. Well made, soft leather with a lovely sheen. Very spacious interior. I initially also had an issue with the zip but soon realised that the ends of the zip need to be on the outside of the bag (they came tucked in). There are ‘arrow’ like leather tabs on the end of the zip which allow you to hold the zip taut when opening and closing. I have had no issues since realising this. Customer service is excellent with prompt reply to emails and friendly support and no quibble returns on potentially faulty goods (did not apply however). I absolutely love my bag and I think it was very good value for the product I have received. Highly recommend.

A beautiful, well made bag, quality leather. My only complaint would be slow delivery, but I did order just before Christmas so I am guessing they were possibly closed, some communication to that effect would have been nice. But generally highly recommend.
