Love the shoes I ordered, they are true to image. They are so cool looking, can't wait to pair them with a gym outfit. The customer service department is super responsive and helpful. I will definitely be shopping with this company again!

I ordered these ROVUX shoes online. When received, I tried them on to find out the sole of the shoe is way to small and it feels like you are falling off the sole. This is both poor workmanship and a safety issue. I requested a refund to find out they do not accept refunds. They later agreed to send me the "perfect size" as mentioned in the attached email. Once I agreed they admitted that this is how the shoe is made and offered a 20% discount towards a future product. This company is selling a poor product and are WELL AWARE of it. This is why they don't offer refunds and try to avoid you. In 47 years I've never had a shoe fit so poorly. Size is not the issue the actual sole does not fit the shoe. I would like a full refund and future buyers should be aware of this.

Ordered shoes back in APR, have yet to recieve my shoes or a refund, I even tried to get a hold of the company who they used to Shipp the products (PCF) they weren't even helpful, stay far away from this company also be aware of good readings, they pay people to boost their ratings so you can try to order and get ripped off...look closely at all the bad ratings and you will see a difference

When ordering my shoes I thought that thy sizes we’re going to be legit as good as regular sizes as 71/2 etc. which your sizes can run as regular sizes instead of 38, 39, etc. it’s a little confusing when ordering. Other than that love thy shoes. Thank u for your great customer service.

Ordered ROVUX Spartan. Initially changed the sneaker color with a support reply time of a couple of hours.

BUT, sneakers' quality is very low. Made of cheap plastic they are too sturdy. The outside soul is too thin I feel I'm almost walking barefoot. Plastic also makes them very slippery.

Also, with new customs regulations, it took more than 15 days for them to reach the EU.

Realistically, they are not worth a third of the price ROVUX charges them for. There is a reason why you can't leave a review on their official website. Overall, horrible quality cheap shoes you wouldn't wear to the supermarket.

The help support replies fast and they are very costumer friendly. :)

Rovux is true to design and style! This foot wear turns heads in any place. The shoes are comfortable and easy to put on and take off, which is perfect for teaching in the classroom, wellness trainings, traveling and the like. Buy a pair, you will not be disappointed.

Rovux is great. They have nice styles and good customer service. Their sizing are alittle off, but they make up for by sending a different size without having you return the size you originally got.

Omg, this company just blessed my life! What a great shopping experience. Companies like this are on the rise to the top!!! It’s all about a great customer experience and shoe design. In the future shoe company’s like ROVUX will complete again giants.

I ordered Rovux Shock half size smaller from my size 10 foot because I noticed the shoes look pretty wide. It arrived few weeks later and it turned out that it's still too big for me. I was kinda dissapointed since I have been waiting for this shoes for a while and it didn't fit, it was too long and wide. So I emailed Rovux and to my surprise they responded immediately and asked me to send photo of the size and packing slip and then they told me the next day that they are sending size 9 at no charge. What a great customer service. I wish they would say on their website that their sizing is 1 size bigger, so it doesn't get to waste because they told me that I do not need to return it.
Overall...the shoes are so comfortable and beautiful. I love it!
