Don't order - seems like a scam company

Don't order. Money taken, no order confirmation and no detailed tracking update provided. Ordered on the 29th of November and still no item. Their only customer service is an email address they don't respond to. Terrible company. Not sure if I will ever get the item. It was a gift. It didn't arrive on time for Christmas and still no idea where the item is or if I can get a refund.

DON'T ORDER: payment taken but completely gosted afterwards

I'm writing this review after the 5th failed attempt to contact the Rotunda Co team. On November the 22nd I ordere two Sant Hobo Bags during a 1+1 sale. They took my payment of €76.91 immediately, but never sent an order confirmation.

I have been trying to reach them for weeks via email and their contact forms, just to get a simple update, but it’s been total silence. It feels like I’ve been scammed. Do NOT trust this company.

Frustrating Return Experience — No Label, No Refund

I’m sharing my experience with Rotunda.co to help others avoid similar issues.

I started a return on September 15, 2025, following all instructions. Their system repeatedly produced an error message, and I contacted support multiple times (Sept. 19, 23, and 24). On Sept. 25, a representative acknowledged a “system error” and assured me the issue would not affect my eligibility to return the item.

Despite this, I never received a return label. On October 7, I was told the issue was “solved,” but when I tried again on October 8, the return portal showed a message stating that my return window had closed on October 2 .

After nearly a month of back-and-forth and assurances that I could still return the item, I’ve been blocked from doing so. This experience has been both frustrating and disappointing. I am now pursuing a refund through my payment provider and filing official complaints.

Buyers should be aware that Rotunda.co’s return system and customer service are unreliable and slow to respond, even when they admit fault.
