A fantastic program that makes creating a rota so much easier. I own a small/medium hotel and organising the rota use to be a real headache

Rota cloud makes it easy. Every member of staff can see at a glance what’s going on. It also allows the staff to help if they see weak points or errors in the rota as well.

It really is good I highly recommend it.

Excellent scheduling and reporting tool for business that saves time and ultimately money.

We went from paper rotas and timesheets to RotaCloud, with just one month of duplication (in case we made a mess of it!). Our hands were held from the very beginning and the team at RotaCloud made us feel like they had all the time in the world to help us and ensure that we understood what we were purchasing. The trial period is useful too, although we purchased before it was up, because it is such a great piece of software. The help function is a real live chat with a real human and they are fast with responses and all know their product absolutely. Can't fault RotaCloud and the team and highly recommend it - feedback from our staff has been unanimously positive too, so what's not to like?!

We have used RotaCloud for a few years now. The system is very intuitive and user-friendly, and has definitely helped our department heads to communicate rotas easily. Equally importantly, RotaCloud makes it easy to track actual hours worked and holiday entitlement v holidays used. RotaCloud is also a very useful financial management tool.

We use RotaCloud for two businesses now as we love how user friendly it is and the constant tweaks they are making. Great value and useful data.

Rotacloud has been a great solution for organising our team of freelancers from month to month. The synchronisation to google (and other) calendars, smartphone app and email notifications has worked great for our freelancers. We would recommend it to any business needing a software rota option.

The only thing stopping us giving a 5 star review is not having a simplified approach to copy and pasting singular shifts across many dates. This is currently a little convoluted, and only works if you want to copy a whole range of dates and shifts. With the way our business works, having a simple approach to this would greatly speed up our booking process.

Other than that - it's great!

So we can use this tool really very easily. I have mentioned that if it could be defined monthly salary we can use the salary cost report too.

An API link from another one of our systems and some unusual ways my organisation organised shifts and pay on the back of it mean I entered using Rotacloud with trepidation. The responsiveness and attitude of the Rotacloud customer service team is the best I have experience. Just put your request in the chat, they are back to you in a few minutes answering your question and helping you fix your problem. Rotacloud itself is a simple to use system and really works for shift planning and simple comms and usage across managers and teams. Even where there are multiple locations and complex structures (like ours). We are still implementing and testing, but so far this system and the team at Rotacloud have been fantastic.

So user friendly and easy to use.

The rotacloud team are easy to communicate with and always on the end of the live chat and always happy to help.

They're always improving and have a platform for suggestions and where you can see up coming updates and releases.

As a care company with 65 staff, this does everything we need it to do and more!

I found this software very easy to use. Its great that you can see clearly all your outstanding shifts and you can also notify all your staff the remaining shifts available which they can claim easily.

Rota Cloud are Great, they are very helpful.

Nothing is too much trouble for them to assist you.

There is a couple of features we would like such are being able to clock in without internet signal (Maybe a QR that can store times for later synchronisation) but I understand these take time.

RotaCloud is excellent value for money. A versatile tool to suit your needs. We simply use it for a day to day Rota however there is a lot more you can utilise it for such as salary, holidays, employee details and documents required for specific jobs

Having integrated and used Rotacloud at a previous company it made planning our workload, Holidays, sickness so easy, once I arrived at my current company I saw the need for it, after showing the management team the system I set up the demo and within a week we moved the whole company from a paper and wall based system to Rotacloud. we now run the whole company through Rotacloud and i would be lost with out it.

I can't tell you how much Rota Cloud has changed my working life!
It's extremely user friendly, the team are always on hand to help and encourage me to provide feedback on what does and doesn't work for me.
They are happy to put forward requests to the tech team and implement ideas if they feel it is beneficial - which they have already for me!
I would strongly recommend using Rota Cloud if you juggle HR and Payroll.

Rotacloud is extremely easy to use and the perfect transition for those who are still using manual schedules. I have been nothing but impressed with this software and would highly recommend taking a look.

We have just started using RotaCloud in the practice. The set-up was easy and ready to use within no time. All employees have the app on their phones and can easily request time off and select a shift that has become available. Great customer service.

Ease of use for employee, and employer, saving so much time - would definitely recommend!

Excellent product. Helpful for scheduling teams, knowing they are at work even if you are not in the office yourself and helpful to work out hours for payment.

Rotacloud is now an essential tool of our business. I have looked at other similar packages but none seem to have the simplicity and holistic approach Rotacloud provides. Along with this there is also a back up team seemingly always available to answer any queries or problems we have.
