FRAUD!!!! DO NOT ORDER. I have never taken the time to write a review before but this company needs all the negative publicity they can get to prevent others from falling for their BS. I wish I had read these reviews beforehand! I've never seen clothing so inaccurately advertised online compared to what you get...items look NOTHING like they do online and were 3x too large, literally falling off of my body to the point I cannot physically wear them. Customer service is a JOKE. Website states they will issue a full refund within 45 days and provide a return shipping label; when I tried to start this process they instead advised me not to return because it would be very expensive for ME, and instead offered me $6 for my $120 purchase. How is this place still in business??

This is the worst website and experience I have ever had in my life. It’s been a month and I haven’t gotten my shipment and I keep messaging to return my money and they won’t they keep send me shipping information and nothing is shipping or anything. I will never order from here ever again.

Total Scam.

Charges $18 for express shipping and takes MONTHS to ship. Does not accept returns. You need to pay $50 - 100+ to ship the product back to China if you want a refund. Customer Service blatantly ignores you.

Deceiving return policy and horrible quality. I received a damaged item and one piece of clothing so bad in quality that I can’t even donate it. Website says they will generate a return label if unsatisfied with the product. I was told my options are to ship back to China or receive $5 refund for $78 item. After a lot of back and forth they wouldn’t budge so I told them to keep the $5 and threw the clothing in the trash. Found out later that they are a fake website who copy other website’s contents with a fake profile. Just wanted to warn everyone and hope they check reviews before making an impulse purchase. Btw, they changed heir name to novorosy. Always check where it’s shipping from.

Horrible & sad
Ordered my daughter a Christmas gift (sweatshirt) still not here by end of January.
Also customer service has quit answering my emails. NEVER AGAIN!

I reviewed on my shoes after I bought them I definently should have read the reviews before purchasing really mad about that and now to even see about getting a refund the website says it's unavailable...hmmm how convenient.

Same experience as everyone else. Purchased 4 pairs of boots and received very poor products. Attempted to contact Rosynova immediately for return and they refused to provide their return address despite numerous daily attempts to do so. When they finally provided the address it was going to cost me over $200 CAD to send back. I opened a dispute with PayPal as a result. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I cannot believe I lost $227 US

i ordered 4 pair of shoes and they all came with the same fault and could not be worn. I paid for return mail and they company would not refund the full about i paid or refund the mail costs. So it cost me $89.00 AUD to get nothing. Do not shop with them

They dont deserve a star. Im stuck with cheap chinese products and they keep sending the same email not wanting to give me a return address. This is illegal. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

China Scam! Said would only refund if you ship items to China paying shipping yourself or you keep the item and they will give you a 15% off coupon... I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! The sandals were s horrible knock off!

Zero Stars. Warning: Do not buy from this company. I had no idea they were from China. Rip off, cheap product, horrible customer service, no resolution. I now have 4 pairs of shoes that i unfortunately purchased all at once. Too expensive to return and I would be embarrassed to sell them to anyone else. If you wear these shoes they look like they will fall apart when you are out and about at first wearing.

This company used to go by the name of RosaMiss. They are such a SCAM. The shoes I received from them did not not even match the ones described or pictured . When I requested the return address, they delayed sending it to me until I escalated the case to PayPal. I checked with our post office and it would have cost over $60 to return them to China. No satisfaction from them or from PayPal . I agree that Pinterest should stop them from advertising and I think PayPal should not allow them to use their services. Chinese companies or individuals being deceptive to rip people off!

Thank you so much for all of these reviews. I have been scammed a few times by sites that look great but offer cheap, junky, crappy items. Now I always check for reviews and complaints and will no longer be scammed by these Asian companies. I've learned my lesson. Their pictures are enticing and they make their products look great but they are very deceptive. They are ruthless when it comes to money and bad business practices.

The pictures are nothing to what u get. The material is soooo cheap! I hate fake websites and this one Rosynova is one of them ! They don’t deliver what is advertised. I can’t believe this website you should be ashamed of what you do to people !! Last time I shop from company’s delivering from China ! Sooo not worth my money or time !!

They are a scam. Charged me a loan advance fee on my credit card in addition to the charges for the products. Website comes back as suspicious

I ordered some shoes 4 weeks ago and have still not received them.
I have emailed twice and had they reply they have been dispatched
I paid with my credit card and I am today asking them to refund my money
I really do think Pinterest have also some responsibility here but can't get in touch with them

Ordered sandals. The material was extremely cheap. They appear to be a very poor knock-off of the shoe in the image. I asked at least 5 times to return the shoes and was told that it was too expensive to return to china numerous times before they finally gave me the address. It would have been in my favor to return the shoes, but I was fearful that I would spend the money on shipping and still not get a refund. Was given an unacceptable 20% refund. Rosynova is a scam. Do not order from this company!

SOLUTION: CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY and they will refund your money if you can show you have tried to get a refund in full from Rosynova to no avail.

This is Gifthershoes with a new names. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! DON’T BUY FROM THEM. Read the reviews of Gifthershoes before you make this mistake.

Have asked for return address 3 times via email and they keep saying it's too expensive to return to China. Their return policy on their website also says you have 15 days to return from the delivery date (even though it took a month to get to me) but again they won't email you the return address. Rosynova is a scam. Do not order from this company!
