Unsuitable Item
The item I purchased did not fit properly so I asked for a refund. This happened immediately much to my surprise. I was refunded no hassle whatsoever. The item did take a long time to come but was from China so expected really. However, I cannot fault them with their aftersales service and continued help. They have been generous and more than helpful. I would definitely shop with them in the future after being initially sceptical.i was proved wrong. Thank you to all the staff who helped me very much appreciated.

Poor Customer Service
Trying to initiate a refund and having done the requirements as per their instructions they have gone quiet and not replied to my email. Not happy and I just want my money refunded and to return the item. Like others have said I am bombarded with "review the item" and more sales emails but not an actual response to my email.

You took my money on 26th May, no order has arrived and you have not done anything about this except resend a tracking message, You have stolen my hard earned money, which I could ill afford. Update following customer service response
Extremely disappointed with customer service. Received an item which was nothing like the advert. Poor quality , and design and colour nothing like the photo. Have sent at least 6 emails repeatedly asking for a returns label and get nothing back from them to assist a return.
Updated review:
I responded to the given email and was fully refunded within 24hrs with words of apology by Rosyday. They are making efforts to resolve the returns contact issue.
Now very pleased with their customer service .
