I received goods belatedly - but happy with quality
I didn’t receive my purchase for a while and I heard nothing back from Rosy Day when I wrote to them. The tracking information led to a broken link. However, eventually the items turned up and they were as advertised. I’m happy with the fit and the quality of the dark blue. The white dress is quite transparent and I don’t know if I’ll wear it.

Not an easy returns policy
Recently made a purchase and item was too small, after sending a few emails ( over a period of several days , I received an email offering me half of money and advised to keep items( no use as they didn’t fit), I emailed them them again reminding them of their 90 day no quibble guarantee, and was then advised that a full refund would be given , 1 day later a full refund was duly put back in my account, so all in all, I would buy from them again , just don’t be fobbed off with their offer of half money refund offer, as I did like the item it was just no use to me .
Yes they were a bit slow on the correspondence but got there in the end .

Absolutely awful! Non existent customer service. No response to a return request. Clothes are like cheap Shein products and material is cheap and nasty. If I do not get a response I will do a chargeback with my bank and am leaving this very truthful review. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
