A truly shocking company with…
A truly shocking company with absolutely no customer service skills at all. Bought 2 tops I wanted to return. No order form in the package with details of how to return them. Despite sending 3 emails, and waiting over a week for a response, I still have had no reply.
RosyDay obviously want customers to order items but have no intention of letting you return them and getting a refund.
As it is I am now £36 out of pocket, but have learnt a valuable lesson here - I will never order again or recommend this company to anyone

Excellent customer services, I had an issue with a couple of dresses which they sorted out very quickly. Their dresses are very good value you do need to order a larger size than you usually choose in their fitted dresses. The flared ones order your normal size as there in ample material in this style of dress.
