I chose the Rossm wallet for the obvious reason! I was searching for a small, practical wallet for my cards in order to replace my old, “normal” one now that I don’t need it (every official doc is now in a card form : ID, driver’s license, etc). The rival wallet was 5x the price for exactly the same product! Therefore, it was a no-brainer for me! The thing is that it took them 4 days to send it, but considering the hectic period of Black Friday, I guess it’s ok! The wallet itself seems very sturdy and well-made! I packed it with 7 cards and it looks very nice! I got the version with the AirTag and it was very easy to put it on the face of the wallet (nice screwdriver included by the way!) not to mention that besides the cash clip, a free cash strap was also included, while the rivals are charging extra for it! In conclusion, I’m happy with my purchase!

Wallet was due 8th July , EVRi confirm they have it and it has not moved since , have to contact Rossm and guess what no response , another Scam company so off to the bank to do a charge back.
Never again!

Absolutely terrible customer support.

To be honest, I've never experienced such nonresponsive customer service in my entire life. They'll respond very quickly when you write to them before you buy something. However, once you buy something, you'll get ghosted. I wrote to them four days ago and two days ago again because I needed to know which company would deliver my package in my country and where the package is shipped from. I've gotten no answer from their side at all.

Now, I'm left with absolutely no info. There is some tracking from Swiship they sent me on the first day of shipping automatically, with unclear information and without a current location. The last update was from three days ago. They claimed it should have been delivered approximately yesterday, but there is no sign of any attempt at delivery so far or soon. Now I'm just left with nothing and zero answers.

If you wanna get your nerves saved, order somewhere else.

I ordered a wallet and was told it would be sent from their EU location if my adress was in the the EU, but they choose to sent it from the US. Now I have a bill from customs that I am forced to pay. The wallet got 3 times as expencive. Rossm don’t care abot their mistake. You can’t replay to the customer service email and they take forever to answer back when the do. They never asked me to return it for a refund and I only had a few days to choose what to do.

I've bought a few items in the past, and everything went perfectly. With my last order, I get no feedback or response... Money is paid, my order is not shipped and customer service is not responding to my inquiries. Shame...

Good quality, great delivery experience. Not sure why there are no reviews here, but as a happy custommer and owner of a 3K carbon fiber wallet for 2 days now, I really recommend it! Couldn't be happier.
