Wrong part
I recieved a part early this week and opened it up only to see it was the wrong part. After i contacted them about my screen they resent the right screen but it was just very inconvenient and annoying. The coustomer service people are the only reason i voted this highly on the company.

I received my parts two days after I placed my order... Parts matched description and picture exactly and had my sisters laptop screen replaced in just over and hour..

Great price, great quality, fast shipping.
I have definitely find something quite special in the Rossmann Supply Group. I've tried the others, however, I believe I'm now dealing with one of the best. The website supplied all that was required to ensure I had the appropriate part, great price, great quality, and was shipped a lot faster than I anticipated. I will be ordering from them again in the near future as well as recommend them to other service providers.

Super Fast Service and Product Working 100%
Super fast order processing and shipping, and the LCD panel came expertly packed in TWO boxes. All connectors were pristine and the install was a snap! Would definitely source for parts again.

Always awesome, from a quality and service standpoint.
I've been using Rossmann for a while now, and they really are superior in every way. Being someone who used to buy on eBay, It was very easy to switch to rossmann, even paying a few extra bucks sometimes, for the parts quality and service. I would recommend them 10/10 times and will continue to buy from them. The owner, Louis, is a great and honest businessman.

We do like the Mac screen we purchased from you... and the price. However our purchase was apparently delayed from leaving your premises for 3 days and the arrival was 4 days after the purchase date. We even paid extra for a 2 day delivery. This resulted in an unhappy client on our end.
As your repair center employee who answered the phone after 10am est told us, there would be nobody in to answer our query as to our orders status until 12noon. The order status was never updated online and we never received a response to phone messages left or an email sent.

You placed an order on September 16th at 4:56 PM. This is hours after our cutoff time, so this shipped on September 17th. This order was received by you on September 20th. Priority mail is defined by USPS as a shipping option with a 2-3 day timeframe, which was also explained over each one of our 3+ phone calls each time you asked.
On the morning of September 20th I received a phone call from the local Illinois post office asking about the delivery because the label had been semi-ripped off of the package. This package was not scanned in until the time of delivery due to error on USPS's part. In addition to the 45+ minutes I spent on the phone with you before you ordered one screen from our company, I did spend about one hour going back and forth with employees to your local post office and being on hold with them to ensure you received your package that day.
I'd also ask you to consider the 1+ hours I spent on the phone with both you & your partner for nearly one week answering questions regarding these displays, and shipping options, leading up to your order. Had you actually ordered the part after the first phone conversation and not delayed your order by one week to follow up & re-ask the same questions, your client might have received their screen in time.

I was happy with my experience and purchase thorough Rossman Supply.
I replace an laptop LCD. The price was competive and eary identified and easy to select correctly. The delivery was timely and the part was as advertised. I will look to Rossman Supply as a top chioce for my next order.

Amazingly honest business with quality parts!
I have been using Rossmann for over two years now and have never had a problem with anything. If I get a defective part, they have no issues replacing it. The parts are also top quality, the best I have found.
