Ordered a gearbox of rosslyn car parts…
Ordered a gearbox of rosslyn car parts and was told including delivery that I would have it in about 3 to 5 working days.
After the initial period of time passed I contacted them asking what was the delay and could they give me the tracking number as my car was on a ramp in the garage waiting for this gearbox to arrive .
Long story short still no gearbox lies after lies after lies over 1500 pounds out of pocket and still waiting on the so called lovely Hazel and adam getting back to me after 3 weeks shocking customer service.
AVOID ROSSLYN CAR PARTS

As your order was being delivered to Northern Ireland (BT56 QE), the delivery process also requires specialist transport arrangements, as gearboxes are heavy and must be shipped securely through a dedicated courier service such as TST Express.
We understand that your vehicle was waiting at the garage and we appreciate that delays can be frustrating. However, the delay was due to the preparation and transportation process required to ensure the correct part was supplied safely.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Shockingly poor service from Rosslyn Car Parts Ltd. If you enjoy being told “next week” for six weeks straight, this is the company for you.
No delivery, no updates, just a cycle of empty promises and apologies. Genuinely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. For six weeks I have been repeatedly told a replacement part would arrive “next week.” Today, yet more promises. happen. No proactive communication, no true explanation, just the same lies over and over again.
I have been gaslighted & misled time and time again. Asking for “patience” after weeks of this is completely insulting.
"Hazel" and "Adam" are fictitious characters - check Companies House for details. I would not trust this company to deliver on their commitments. Very disappointing experience.
