Just received my Sherpa Winter Coat!!
What a load of rubbish, very disappointed. The lining is beneath the coat and around the sleeve edge. It definitely is not worth the money. Would definitely NOT recommend this site .

Despite standing in what appears to be a shop the products are cheap rubbish from China so takes weeks to arrive
I ordered a jumper but received a huge shirt , cheap horrible material not even the same pattern
On complaining I was offered a 30% refund or else to send the item back to China at my expense of £20-£30 pounds!
As the Consumer Act 2015 states said item must be as described and this clearly wasn’t
Not giving up I took legal advice and then received a full refund
There are many negative reviews for this company, don’t be fooled
Delivery took weeks and didn’t arrive for Christmas. The product, coat, does not look like the photo. The fabric is different and the pocket on the inside is not the same. I think this is not genuine and an imitation. I don’t think it will be durable. Disappointed but have to keep as my daughter was so excited to get it for me.
They are failing on community engagement, just banned users today during another emotional outburst by the owners over bad reviews
