This is now the second job Rossendale Interiors and Jonathan Fry (fitter) have completed for us. In 2022 he fitted our new kitchen which was completed on time, and excellent work throughout. More recently (March 2025) Jonathan fitted our new wardrobes, again a clean and tidy job. Completed on time and to the agreed price. We have asked Jonathan to complete other work, the only issue I have is he is booked up for months in advance, but i think he is worth waiting for for the peace of mind.

I went to rossendale interiors through recommendations from other people. From the outset Suzy were great in helping design my perfect kitchen. Had my concerns with it not just being a simple kitchen refit,because of an internal supporting wall being removed to open 2 rooms up. But with the team chosen to do it there needn't of been any concerns. All were great and worked tirelessly. Craig/tony taking wall out,fitting steel &plastering, Peter on the plumbing,Dean with the electrics and Jon doing a great job fitting the kitchen and flooring. All were professional,meticulous to detail,worked to the schedule and all had great communication to help create an amazing transformation of my kitchen space.

Sophie did the design and helped us select the fittings and appliances. She oversaw all the work and ensured the whole team was coordinated perfectly so that the kitchen was completed as quickly as possible. Nothing was too much trouble and she came to check everything was OK once completed.
Keith the fitter worked really hard to create a fantastic professional finish.
Craig the plasterer, Dean the electrician, Andy the flooring specialist and Peter the plumber all arrived exactly as scheduled and did a great job with really good communication throughout.
We are delighted with our kitchen and would definitely recommend this company. A big thankyou to the whole team!

Lovely friendly service from start to end. Suzanne did the design for my bedroom and was very helpful making sure all my wishes and wants were included. Kieth did a fantastic job fitting the wardrobes into some very awkward spaces. The finished bedroom is fantastic and everything that I wanted! Great service highly recommended.

To be honest right from day one with Alix who designed and oversaw the kitchen we had fitted, the whole team were excellent.Tim the fitter was brilliant, Craig,Dean both Andy’s were also excellent. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

We moved in to our new-build house and wanted to add some units to our kitchen. The supplier was Rossendale Interiors (J & J Ormerod). We went on their website and saw that they also did fitted bedrooms so we got them to quote us for our bedroom as well. First spoke with Mike who was very helpful. Mike arranged for Alix to come and measure up and give us a quote. We live a distance away in Cheshire but they were happy to travel over, and we got a great quote. After visiting the showroom in Bacup, Alix did the final tweaks to our designs and offered some interesting and helpful ideas, and offered us interest free credit for most of the cost. On the day of installation, Jon and Ronnie arrived very early to get started and they worked non-stop all day to get the whole lot done and dusted in the one day. Great work team and a good job well done. Very Happy.

the kitchen designed by Alix she was fantastic from start to finish . Tim the fitter was a perfectionist as was Dean the electrician .The price was fantastic for everything we got. Neff appliances oven microwave wine cooler. We would not hesitate to use and recommend them to anyone.

After getting a few quotes for my bedroom I went to Rossendale Interiors and met with Joanne who was amazingly helpful and had loads of ideas, she understood what I wanted and designed my perfect bedroom. I was so impressed that I decided to ask her to quote me for a kitchen revamp. As a lady on my own she really looked after me and arranged for Jamie to fit both my bedroom and kitchen. Jamie was brilliant and did an amazing job. He worked so hard and long hours to get both my kitchen and bedroom completed in just 3 weeks. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I have recently had a new bedroom fit and supplied by Rossendale Interiors. I had been and looked at other bedroom companies before I came to look round the showroom. The quality and professionalism stood out from other companies. A lovely lady called Suzy advised me in the showrooms and then she came to my house to measure up. She was extremely knowledgeable and designed my bedroom beautifully, listening to what I wanted and adding extra little touches that made a big difference. Nothing was too much trouble for Suzy, while it was being fit, she kept me updated with everything and once it was finished she came to check everything was ok. I will definitely be using Rossendale Interiors again. I just wish I had used them when I had my kitchen fit. Thank you so much, I am over the moon with it and thank you Suzy for all your hard work planning and making sure everything went smoothly.

We have used Rossendale Interiors a number of times, and they have never failed to impress. From initial contact to final installation, they provide a five star professional service. We only moved into our apartment in August 2024, and we already have a fabulous new kitchen installed and new fitted wardrobes. We want to express our total satisfaction and delight with our new open plan kitchen project. We had the wall removed between the kitchen and the dinng room and purchased a new kitchen from Rossendale interiors. Alix Goddard helped us design our kitchen and managed and coordinated the whole project from start to finish. Alix's professional insight enabled us to put into actiion and achieve our vision for an amazing kichen which we absolutely love. It is a wonderful design which looks beautiful and functions so well in meeting all our needs for the family. We would wholeheartedly recommend Alix her team and Rossendale interiors. Our experience was very positive and we couldn't be happier.

I’m very pleased with my new kitchen. Everything went according to the time plan. Minor snagging jobs were attended to without any hesitation. Nothing was too much trouble for Darren and the rest of the fitting team. Joanne’s design plan works perfectly for me and she was always on hand to help with any issues. Delighted with our new kitchen, completely transformed by knocking 2 rooms into 1 and completed in 3 weeks. Joanne and her team were amazing. We did not expect Jonathan, the builder, to go to the trouble of pebble dashing the outside wall after removing and blocking a window, you can't tell there was ever one there. Darren, the kitchen fitter's attention to detail was something else and we could not fault Dean, Pete and Andy who completed the Electrics, Plumbing and Flooring. Highly skilled workmen, prompt and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Right from the first visit to the showroom the service was excellent. Alix then came to visit and between us we worked out a plan.
Ours is an old cottage with en even floors, ceilings and walls and that’s just for starters !!
Despite all the challenges the workmen all did a fantastic job, were great to work with and punctual. It was like a well oiled machine .
Everything was done to time and Alux supported us throughout.
It goes without saying that we are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen and the quality 😍👏👏

I would highly recommend this company, the designer, the fitter Jamie and all the tradesmen that worked in our kitchen are amazing.

Having had our previous kitchen over 30 years we were certainly overdue an upgrade, my wife and I were not looking forward to the experience given all the chaos that can insue when you pretty much rip one of the most important rooms in your house to bits. From the moment we walked into the showroom at Rossendale Interiors to discuss our requirements we new we had come to the right place, the wonderful range of kitchens available and the expertise afforded to us from Joanne the designer was first class. After coming up with a design to meet our needs Joanne gave us a timetable detailing when each stage of the process would be undertaken and by whom along with a completion date.
With flooring, plastering, electrics and plumbing all being upgraded we had five tradesman working on our kitchen and each and everyone of them came when they said they should and more importantly completed the work to a very high standard. Each of them kept us advised of when they would arrive and were super helpful and after just under three weeks of our original kitchen being ripped out we now have a beautiful modern, vibrant kitchen of the highest quality. My wife and I would in particular like to thank Joanne for her design and cordination of our project which did have its challenges and especially Jamie our fitter, who was unbelievably professional despite more than a few curveballs being thrown at him, he was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the whole process.
My wife and I are not ones for doing reviews, however we felt after our experience with the Rossendale Interiors team that we had to share it with you.

I highly recommend this company and staff for a fantastic service from start to finish.Suzy was the point of contact who answered any questions with a smile on her face nothing was any trouble to her she is a credit to the company and her fantastic customer service is brilliant.
