Booked a driving review for my mother
Booked a driving review for my mother. Paid the £70 to ROSPA, waited 2 weeks for some to call me to arrange a date to come to us to do the review. I did get a call 2 weeks later, only to be told that we lived too far away for it to make it worthwhile for him to come out and the price of diesel at the moment it would be cost him too much. I have been trying to contact ROSA for the past two weeks to get a refund, I was told the refund process had started but I am still waiting. No one answers my emails and when you call no one picks up and no one calls you back
