Scam website

Scam website . Do not order from them . Ordered the Grande dahlia . It was tiny and cheap . Just contacted my bank and they have put a dispute on the transaction and refunded costs . Ask your banks for a chargeback and they should be able to do the same . Awful experience

Flimsy, overpriced, crap

Flimsy, overpriced, disappointing crap that simply does not live up to the photographs. I ordered in time for Mother’s Day. It didn’t even get posted until after the event. Please do not make the mistake of buying anything from these rip-off merchants.

DELIVERED MOTHERS DAY SPECIAL OFFER 3 DAYS AFTER MOTHERS DAY

Mother’s Day “special offer” bouquet card ordered at £27.98 including £3.99 postage.
Delivered 3 days after Mothers Day.
Julie from Rosivia can’t see the issue!
Says I can return the card tracked at my own expense for a refund.
So I will be down £8 on postage costs plus time and effort to return the card.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Fraudulent

I hear your frustration, but let’s keep it sharp yet fair. Here’s a scathing but balanced review:

“I feel utterly duped by Rosivia. This ‘Mother’s Day bouquet card’ is a complete misrepresentation. The listing portrays a premium, vibrant product, but what I received was a flimsy, crushed paper card shoved into an envelope with no protection. Worse, I found the exact same thing on eBay for a fraction of the price—£7—compared to the exorbitant amount they charge. Delivery was late, making the whole point of a Mother’s Day gift moot. Save yourself the disappointment—this is overpriced, poorly packaged, and misleading marketing at its finest.”

I wish I’d read these reviews before…

I wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing. Bought 3 large bouquets for our mums and they’re yet to be delivered. Even if they are, they are bound to be awful judging from these reviews. Gutted and so cross that these scammers get away with this!!! 😡

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This was ordered several weeks before Mother’s Day, there was the option to have it sent directly to the recipient, with a personal message. I had a tracking number about 8 days in advance, so was initially confident, however, even on Friday 13, the Royal Mail app continued to say they weee expecting the package.

It was eventually delivered, to me, not my mum, on Monday 16th, completely missing Mother’s Day. The card is poor quality, doesn’t stan up properly and is certainly not what was advertised.

In hindsight, I almost glad it came to me erroneously, rather than directly to my mum. Fortunately, I able to arrange flowers and a card through a reputable company, which were delivered on Mother’s Day,
however, I feel that I have wasted £28 with Rosivia for a cheap piece of printed cardboard!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Pics are misleading. False advertising. Much smaller

They are extremely expensive for what they are. Please do not be duped by the photos as they are nowhere near that big. Very expensive for what you get. Extremely disappointed. This was a gift for mother's day and very puny and pathetic. Nothing like the pics in website

Awful

Awful - do not believe a word you read about the cards. I paid almost £28 for the daffodils and when it arrived it was nothing like the images they show online - requesting a full refund but to date after 3 emails sent to them - no response

Dahlia Grande flowers

Do not buy from this company. I ordered the Dahlia Grande flowers & let me tell you there’s nothing Grande about them. They are nowhere near the size as advertised. I paid £27 with delivery & I can honestly say they aren’t worth £5. I have emailed them asking for a full refund.

Bunch of Scammers

Order No. #4508
Well what a bunch of scammers……
I paid £31.28 in total this to be delivered today to my aging Mother today, Mother’s Day!
No notification or updates on delivery, the item for the past week has appeared as ‘awaiting item’ on the Royal Mail website, lost somewhere, who knows.
The company is based in the USA so the word ‘cowboys’ seems rather apt! What a joke unfortunately, a rather expensive joke! AVOID at all costs.

If I could rate lower I would- scam

If I could rate lower I would. Total scam.

It’s Mother’s Day and Royal Mail are still yet to receive the order I placed for the Dear Dahlia flower bouquet, even though I selected delivery for Mother’s Day. It was marked as dispatched on the 10th March. This obviously will not be arriving today now and so my mum will not be receiving anything.

I have not had any messages or emails from customer service to alert me of this either.

I dread to think what the item, If it does ever turn up, will actually look like judging by the reviews left previously. If I had seen these before placing the order I would have steered well and truly clear!

I paid £28 for this and will be demanding a refund immediately. The adverts which all have positive ad comments must also be fake- I will be reporting these to the ASA. If I do not receive a refund you can also expect to hear from Trading standards.

It is absolutely disgusting to scam people on an occasion such as Mother’s Day.

Your own mother should be ashamed.

Disappointing

Haven't actually seen the item, as it was sent direct to my mum. Delivery was meant to be actually on mother's day, however, it was delivered 6 days early (despite guarantees from their support team that it would be there on mother's day). Looking at these comments, I suspect it was much smaller than I thought - the fact that my mum said she'd put it on her mantel piece should have been a clue really. Don't waste your money!!

If I could rate zero I would

If I could rate zero I would. I never fall for these scams and the thousands of great reviews had me fooled this time. The large Dear Dhalia is nothing like the photo advertised. I paid £24 plus &3.99 postage. It is absolutely tiny, not 3d and the cheapest looking piece of tat you can imagine.
I'm giving the pathetic item to my Mum for Mother's Day with a printed photo of the web example as a 'look what you should have had!'. I'm sure we'll laugh about it but I'll be secretly crying inside.

Flower 🌺 card

Hi. I ordered my bouquet card. When it arrived, I was very disappointed having paid £24. Whilst the idea of the card is lovely, I was expecting it to be much bigger like in the adverts. I felt the size in the advert deceiving. I would value the card no more than £8.
