Excellent customer service
I looked to place an online order but the personalisation for multiple rose bushes wasn’t clear on the order details page so I called customer services. They were excellent and placed my order over the phone. I needed the order by a specific date and the confirmation email gave a delivery date the following week. So I called customer services again and they assured me it would arrive on the date I had requested and to ignore the email.
Sure enough they arrived exactly as promised.
Very happy with the rose bushes and excellent customer service.

Two days after I had bought my rose, I was sent an e mail offering buy one, get one free. I complained to customer services and they replied promptly (good) and sympathetically (again very good) but more or less said bad luck!

Beautifully packaged gift
Ordered a friendship rose for my friends 60th birthday. It was lovely when delivered.
Very secure in its packaging which was a sturdy box with the rose in a large plant pot, within a bag.
The rose looked so healthy. Well watered but not soaked. New growth showing, and a few buds that may come through, but late in the year for lots of growth.
Would highly recommend and will be back for more specialised blooms. *****
