I am very happy I ordered few items. Hyaluronic serum is better than any other I tried from "big" brands. It moisturises, perfect texture leaves skin so soft and glowy. Probiotic cream is so rich, perfect texture I absolutely love it. I also tried spf cream, again very surprised, doesn't pill on the skin, smells good, not irritating like others. Will be ordering again soon. Keep on making great skincare. Greetings from Ireland

Bb eye balm arrived from Hong kong.
To oily, like applying vaseline. Dos not make the dark under eye go away, and course its so oily it is imposible to aply consealer on top.
Also quite exspensive.
Not going to buy any produkt again.

Bb creme serum: It’s a nice product But i’m a
Medium colored woman, the bb serum color medium makes me look like a Geisha xD. Wayyy to white unfortunstely. Thinking of teying the dark.
Bb eye balm: nice product as well, but haa zero coverage. Does make the eye bags look smoother though. But gor darkish redish colors under the eye it does’nt do much

I've never reacted to any skincare before, so it is not a sensitivity issue, but beware of this balm. Although it has amazing advertising, it doesn't make it a good product. I bought it with high hopes that it would help with dark circles and wrinkles, but after 3 days of use my eyes started to burn when using it, with no changes to appearance except for increased redness. I suppose that is because it is not natural to use any clay-like substances on the skin for longer than 5 minutes without washing it off. Very confused as to how they've managed to have positive reviews, but I know bots are extremely easy to purchase these days. I hope this honest review helps.

Update: I tried emailing you about it 2 weeks ago to avoid this review and you went radio silent. Please check your emails for it. And I thought maybe it’s just my skin but my sister had the same reaction when I gave it to her.

Great products, very happy with it!

I am an absolute convert to Daylesford products, having discovered them through Ocado. There were a couple of difficulties with an order during the Christmas period. I felt my business as a customer was valued, in that, despite there being two issues, for the first, I received an apology by phone! A very rare thing indeed, in these times. For the second issue, Daylesford re-sent the product, yet in addition, a very lovely food hamper! That came as a huge surprise. This is a company that may have a few logistical issues, HOWEVER, they are working very committedly toward the satisfaction of their customers! This genuine service-oriented company gets my full support and appreciation!

I love, love, love the products but your logistics are a mess. The sendings take 2/3 weeks to arrive from Germany to Holland. Still waiting for order 390246 (22/12/22), I received only half of the order 381291 (no summer essentials set) and order 8665 not at all?!?
