Perfect and excellent quality

I have used this company several times for the printing of my holiday photos. Once ordered the album was delivered very quickly. The paper, printing & finish are of good quality and friends are impressed by this and want to do their own. I think it is important to do the layout yourself rather than it being automatic on the site. It is always fun but time consuming. Worth your time when you see the result. Would recommend 100%.

I love it and also very grateful for how fast it was delivered. I just wish the system was easier to use when laying out pictures because if one wants to go back on the work and add or remove pages, it is not that simple once you are almost complete. Also, the layouts on the pages could be more diverse, without titles. Finally, I wonder if the quality of the paper could be shinier. I’m really pleased with how our marriage album turned out. The overall print and image quality are excellent, and the layout looks beautiful. The only thing that surprised me at first was the paper type. It has more of a book-style paper feel, rather than the thicker, magazine-style pages I was expecting.

However, this was clearly stated in the product description on the website, so it was more of a misunderstanding on my part than an issue with the album itself. With that in mind, I’m not complaining , the final product still feels meaningful and well-made, and we’re happy to have our memories preserved in it.

This is my third order, one of which was a wedding album. Their book design is very cool, and the website is quite user-friendly for building a book. However, for the fabric cover book, the paper quality could be better.

My biggest issue was the shipping time. It took 12 days to receive the book after it was handed over to the carrier (and if you include the preparation time, the total waiting period was about 16 days). When I followed up, the only response I received was that the book had already been delivered to the carrier and I should track updates on the tracking page myself.

Considering that this was not free shipping, it feels unusual that shipping within Europe takes 12 days. I regularly receive orders from the US in just 3–4 days.

Shipping is part of the order, and it is not professional to act as if responsibility ends once the book is handed over. If there are recurring issues with the current carrier, the company should consider changing it.

Happy with my photo book. It looks really professional and the design proformas you can pick are cool. The picture quality is really good. I just used standard photos from iPhone and Google Pixel and also scans of film photos. I imagine the people getting grainy photos are uploading photos sent via WhatsApp in poor quality. The loss of one star is due to the shipping process taking a loooong time and I also think the paper could be thicker. Would use again though I imagine - it was the best website interface I could find to create really stylish designs.

I really wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot or Google about recent customer experiences with this book printing company. I spent hours and hours putting a photo book together as a gift for my anniversary, only to be incredibly disappointed with the final result.

On the website, it says the long lead time is due to a rigorous checking process. That initially reassured me, especially because the design interface doesn’t give any indication of whether your images are sharp enough or if the resolution is too low, a feature I’ve seen with other book companies and found helpful. Unfortunately, this supposed “checking process” clearly didn’t happen or was completely ineffective.

The print quality is extremely poor. The images are dull and grainy. On top of that, the paper feels cheap and flimsy, more like a budget flyer than a premium photo book. For something that cost as much as it did, the end product is beyond disappointing.

I spoke to customer service to request a refund and said I would happily return the book to them. The most they could offer me was a £30 refund as a "gesture of goodwill." There is no gesture of goodwill here, having spent £120 on a product that is subpar and something I'm quite frankly going to throw in the bin.

This was meant to be a special, sentimental gift, and I feel completely let down. I won’t be ordering from this company again and would strongly recommend others look elsewhere. There are far better options out there for both quality and value. Blurb is a company I've used in the past that I would recommend any day over this service.

Very poor quality. I would not purchase from Rosewood again. The online experience developing the album was fine and the postage adequate however the quality of our wedding album is very poor. We had a professional photographer with excellent image quality for the pictures and they still appear like someone has printed them off their printer at home. This is incredibly disappointing for the £119 fee and the time invested in creating the album in the first place.

I have emailed through a complaint and hope to find a resolution with Rosemood that either provides a better quality book or a refund.
