What I ordered looks exactly as the pictures. Beautiful and arrived quick!

Ordered sweatshirts and when they arrived they were the wrong colors and even the embroidery was the wrong color. After contacting them about the issue they told me the colors I ordered were unavailable, offered a 50% refund and I could keep the sweaters. I told them that I didn't want the sweaters as it wasn't what I ordered and if they had informed me before they made them I would have had them cancel the order. Their return policy states that if they ship the wrong product then I am entitled to a full refund. We exchanged a few emails and they refused to honor the return policy so I told them I would dispute the charges with my credit card company as the product that I received was not what I ordered. They responded with 50% refund. So I'm disputing the charges. If I could give them 0 stars I would

I did pay an extra £9 to have this delivered within 2-5 days. It came in 7 days. Understandably it was made and shipped from China so was never going to be achievable. Product was good but delivery times are not correct.

The item is same as the picture. It didn't came before the 14th February, came later, the 16th. I bought a personalised apron, the material y ok for the prize and it looks nice.

I ordered a personalized engraved dog tag from Roseinside. The engraving is so ridiculously small that you practically need a magnifying glass to read it. What’s unbelievable is that there’s plenty of unused space on the tag. Instead of using basic common sense and sizing the font to fit the available area, they chose what looks like the smallest font setting possible. It’s baffling. The entire purpose of a dog tag is to be readable, this one is not. I contacted customer service asking for a simple solution: remake it with a properly sized font or issue a full refund. They refused both. No accountability, no effort to fix an obvious design flaw. If you’re ordering something meant to be legible, save your money. This was a frustrating experience from product to support.

Really disappointed. Firstly, paid for urgent shipping which was described as “2 days”. The delivery wasn’t shipped within 2 days of ordering and neither was it delivered within 2 days of shipping so I felt the 2 days label was very misleading. Further, the product I received was incorrect. The wrong text (presumably from someone else’s order) appeared on my product. I emailed the customer service team to ask for them to send the correct order and have not had a response in 3 day despite chasers. Would not recommend at all based on my experience

I did get two rings that I ordered. They are definitely absolutely beautiful. I am looking forward to ordering more in the future. I cannot wait to give my daughter her ring. Thank you again. ❤️

Waste of money and a failed Valentine's Day, they didn't ship it on time despite paying extra for faster shipping, it arrived today and it's terrible crap, don't buy anything from them

The bracelet is beautiful and depicts my puppy perfectly. It came so quick and I lovevit.

Order arrived after delivery window, and then after opening it contained incorrect items. A hoodie that was completely the wrong colour was sent, and another hoodie had the wrong colour thread on it. Neither of these products will be worn, and customer service have only offered a 20% refund. Hoping to return the items but they haven’t supplied a return address as of yet despite me asking for one 5 days ago.
