What I ordered and what I received are two different things...the shirt depicted was a gauzy material; the shirt I received was a heavy, slick-feeling material and, though the pattern is the same, nothing else about the shirt is like what was depicted. Customer service responded quickly and offered me a full refund IF I paid International rates to return the item which is minimum $20.00. OR I can accept a 30% refund and keep the shirt. VERY unhappy with this transaction as I've lost money and don't have a wearable shirt.

Consumer BEWARE: USA customers will be paying for shipping to China if you want to return an item. Website says free shipping but that is incorrect. I have opened a dispute with the credit card company and I encourage others to do the same.

I ordered shoes from this company that were described as orthopedic support shoes. They are woven fabric, with horrible cheap looking plastic embellishments, and there is nothing orthopedic supporting about these shoes. They’re the most expensive pair of house slippers I have ever purchased. Do not recommend ever. I have sent an email to the company describing my dissatisfaction and I’ve heard nothing from them. They have a supposed 30 day moneyback guarantee and the company has not reached out to me.
