I purchased a jogger set from Rose & Eve and it is a total money making scam. It has been 7 months since my order and there is no tracking number, no package, no response, NOTHING. Complete scammers and I hope they will pay the consequences.

Total money making scam. This whole thing is fraudulent. I have no goods and despite my best efforts to recover cash no luck. Got scammed and feel stupid and furious.

A total scam. I was told there was shipping and sent a bogus Chinese tracking receipt and 5 months later I still haven’t received my items and cannot get a response from the email with my refund. Super frustrated!

Ordered item MONTHS AGO. Tracking number provided does not appear to be valid when entered into Canada Post.

Useless customer service, will warn anyone I can to save their $.

On Feb 11 , 2021 i ordered 2 tracksuits from Rose and Eve to the value of $172 AUD dollars. The pretend tracking number arrives so you think the package is coming. Nothing has ever arrived, they have no number anywhere as hard as i have tried to track down their "Melbourne Head Office" - 11 emails i have sent to them and not a single reponse - SOMEONE PROSECUTE AND PUT THEM IN JAIL - absolute criminals

I ordered my bras June 9th and said it was delivered today June 23rd!!! The HELL IT WAS!!! I DIDNT GET ANYTHING!!!

No response after several emails and messsages.i ordered and they never delivered the item. It a big scam

I ordered from here in January 2021 and it’s May. I still haven’t seen my purchase. A complete scam! There goes my $60

They never send the merchandise. Stay away

Total scam!!!!! Ordered in February and its been over 4 months snd they never respond to my emails nor getting a refund. Total rip-off! Never again!!! 👎🏽

WARNING SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY!!! I saw them on an IG ad so I purchased a matching tracksuit and it’s been 4 months, never arrived! I emailed them many times, no response and they give fake tracking code from China.

A scam, never shipped anything for 3 months. Call your credit card asap

SCAM site! Do not buy! Bought in January, ‘Stacey’ gave me a fake tracking number and won’t respond to emails. Item has never arrived. Be warned!

Ordered in February still yet to receive anything. ‘Stacey’ sent a tracking number in April and haven’t heard anything since. Avoid

I also talked to Stacey.
She gave me three wrong tracking numbers.
I ordered them on this February and I havent received them. I am going to call the bank to report and try to see if I can get a refun under fraud policy.

They've finally shut down- good riddance! They sent me the wrong color, wrong style, incredibly poor quality that looked nothing like the photos. "Stacy" was replying sporadically, saying that she would follow up with the relevant department and 75 emails later, no resolution. Sounds like I was lucky to even receive a product-- I'll mop the floor with these.

All reviews true - scam 100%! Initially reasonable with contact then nothing when problem arose, encouraged to support small businesses during a pandemic but this company just takes your money - utterly shameful!!

This is a scam, it has been 3 months and I never received anything from my order. They even sent me a tracking number when I reached out for a shipping update a month and a half ago. The tracking number never actually worked, should have googled them.

Scam! Will take an order and take payment but do not send products. Super disappointed in ‘supporting a small business’ as it’s clearly just fraud. No wonder they have comments disabled on their Instagram! So upsetting

If I can give 0 stars I would! This company is a complete scam! I thought Instagram would protect its users but no I was wrong! They took my money with no merchandise. I contacted their company and went as far as products are in the way with no tracking number! They had a fake sales/ customer service department.
