Never received neither the item ordered nor the refund. Fraudulent company.

They don't tell you they're paying $14 something for shipping and handling when the jeans are only 999 I ordered extra large I got a small no refunds no returns you're just stuck with Chinese made junk do not order very dissatisfied at least you're they are very corrupt company junk some of that please

My experience exactly like everyone else’s, only half my order arrived, poor, no refund. A fraud, everyone should report their experience with FTC and internet crime.

No merchandise received - "customer service" contact us email address posted on the website does not exist - no way to contact - no way to get a return - SCAM!!

I bought £120 of ill fitting and wrong items. They won’t let me return them for a refund!!!!!!!

Absolutely appalling. As the many other reviews, the item was nothing like the picture and was cheap and shoddy. Took a month to arrive and could not get around the return instructions. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. Should have read the reviews!!

You do not get what you ordered. They state they’re out of stock but their website still has item in stock. Then you do not get a reimbursement.
When you follow-up trying to get reimbursement, their email address stops working.
Stay awake.
They are criminals!

I stupidly trusted the Facebook adverts for this company and ordered some clothes. Only a couple of items arrived and we're nothing like the pictures. 8 months later and despite multiple emails I have yet to receive the other items or a refund. Do not use this company. Based in china, scam company

Rosacity is a fraudulent organization. Please do not buy anything from their website because what you see is NOT what you will get.
Such websites should be debarred from operating on reputed browsers.

I ordered 3 items of clothing back in December 2023. 2 items eventually came nearly 4 weeks later and the quality was a joke. Not the linen and 95% cotton that was advertised - it was cheap polyester. The items went straight to the Charity Shop as couldn't possibly wear them in public. I am still waiting for the 3rd item. Don't bother asi know where it will be going!!! DISGUSTING

I'm so sad I purchased anything from this company. Very poor products. I got jewelry for my granddaughter for Christmas all broke. The clothes were junk. I could have sewn better than their quality.

I'm so glad I read the reviews before I actually bought anything. I also have been scammed by companies who send poor quality things. Nadine West is another one to watch out for. I argued over a package I never got and $260 something was never refunded.

It's a scam company, They take Your money and You are left with no purchase and no refund, AVOID FRAUD and SCAM

The clothing is really bad quality!!! Postage takes way too long and if you need to send anything back because it's their fault they make you pay postage!!!! Be warned... so not buy from this company!!!!!!

This company is a complete scam!! The clothes do NOT LOOK like the photos at all!! I ordered 3 items. They shipped 2 of the 3. I immediately requested a return and cancelled the third item. They immediately respond that they will take care of it and they NEVER DO ANYTHING! They have never sent a return sticker for the two items. They have not sent cancellation notice for the third item. I have never received one penny of my refund! This has been going on for months!

This is scam. They took my money, never received clothes. Its been 4 months. The funny fact is, they keep on replying my emails, however, they never have anything in stock and still do not refund my money.

I ordered what was described as a "knit cardigan" and received a polyester item with a printed knit pattern -- all ink, no real knit. I contacted Rosacity to return the item and they responded with a request for me to send them photos. I just did. It strikes me as really unprofessional that they don't know what they are sending and that they are playing games with me instead of just telling me how to make the return and then refunding my money.

This is a huge problem site acting like it’s grandmas business that is going out of business ho I placed an order for 200. Never heard anything kept contacting never hearing. Where is my order they claim that shipping to my area is two weeks. 6/ to 8 weeks and they sent a partial order that had one thing I ordered. The other items were not the dress or sk lip I ordpeven ordered. O mention of where is the rest of the order the other Five items. Tried to contact so much it’s making me crazy. But when u do get a response it seems clear they are from china. The sentences sound a little off. However I keep hoping It do not order it won’t work. Wish I had not fallen for the beautiful pictures of what they don’t haven

Terrible clothing. Nothing like linen. Cheap and nasty and so far have refuaed to provide me with the form I need to return the clothes ( despite repeated requests from shortly after delivery). Don’t go near them !!!!!

Oh my goodness. I have never purchased from this company and thought I would give it a try. Never again. The fabric is cheap and substandard. Nothing like pictured. All items will be returned. Very disappointing.
