Now Roqqu is a good crypto broker for transactions however I believe there are key things that needs to be changed, if use wants to deposit it takes literally no time at all, once you deposit you would see it even if na 2k but when it comes to withdrawal or even worse receiving coins it is a battle is you send the coin during their presumed working hours it instant but if it late you'd need to contact their customer service who are slow to respond and quick to cut live chat communication before they can resolve the coin receive issue.

Besides from that they make it easy to receive your crypto and withdraw straight to your local bank.

I made eth deposit to my roqqu account and up till now,I have not received it in my wallet and customer support is very bad..
I sent screenshot and even transaction harsh but still yet not credited my eth

This app is run from it, I provided my bvn to them they're telling me is not my bvn and the customer service is telling me I should send my bvn direct to him imagine run oh before they use personal details for scam

A friend has taken weeks to get profit from this company and is still trying. Their agents lie at every point. Everytime they think there going to get the profit to there account Roqqu agents send a message that another payment has to be paid. This has happened over and over again costing my friend hundreds in fact over thousands with the payments they have made. It's a none stop money making company. Robbing people of their hard earned money. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are robbing people blind with all the excuses they make to get payment after payment without you getting your profit.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

A friend of mine using this platform has so far paid $120+ to have her profit sent to a bank after this company said the bank they use had issues. They sent her profit to a different bank and she saw the proof of this however they told her she had to wait 24 hours. When she next went into her account the profit had been reversed. She now has to keep checking to see if the profit has been deposited. Who ever she speaking with told her the profit would be in her account within hours that was 24 hours ago and she still not recieved her profit. Has others had this problem and have you recieved your profit..

I do love my experience with them and I don’t know why of a sudden my account start bringing null null and whenever I tried to login through web it's say my account has been deactivated. Can you help me reactivate my Roqqu account back?

Clearly Roqqu supports only people residing in Nigeria because l am in Ghana and have created and account about 2 weeks ago and have tried severally to Verify may Account(Tier 1)with my Valid ID documents (Ghana Card) and have attached all required videos and photos , but my (Tier 1) KYC still shows Pending for over weeks no l have contacted customer support on several occasions but she keeps telling me Compliant team will update me.

And also with Depositing my Roqqu account after adding my MTN Mobile money and Bank Account there is still this pop up sayings (No enabled deposit option for Currency) l have several times and l keep facing this issues.

I am not satisfied with this service. Roqqu locked my account after doing transaction with their platform and they held ny asset. I have provided all requested documents and information still no response. Support is just poor so I can't recommend it for now to anyone. Please kindly release my asset.

Roqqu held my crypto sent to an address. Up till now, it hasn't been received. They keep telling me to send screenshot of my email screenshot of transactions. I'm currently in a mess RN

Roqqu was misunderstood by most users who are new to cryptocurrency. I mean at every turn, Roqqu has surpassed my expectations, upgrade from time to time, addition of new tokens, swift response when there's an issue, no delay in transaction time(if you do it right). Hmm got many things but roqqu is just awesome, can deposit without stress ,make buying and selling of coins easy, help keep your coin safe plus also got a virtual debit card just mind blowing to help ease transactions, thumb up roqqu. Fast withdrawal, got to say really improve the themes so cool when it's in dark mode.

My journey so far in the crypto space has been good, making deposits and withdrawals was so easy not until they was a ban on crypto which made it a bit difficult for me to make transactions on Crpto brokers .but since I started using roqqu , it has been easier and better, p2p exchange is so fast, sending crypto from my wallet to other wallet is also past… I must say my experience using the roqqu app has been great… thank you roqqu for making everything crypto easy for me 🙂 keep up the good work roqqu
