Customer service does not get any better.
Great company to deal with. Phoned them firstly for advice on best products to suit my needs, then the next day (when my order arrived) for advice on installing. Russell was so helpful on both occasions and made sure I had all the assistance I needed to ensure I got the desired look with my rope and fittings. Great price, good quality products and great service. What’s not to love about that! Absolutely recommend to anyone.

Excellent customer service and product knowledge regarding rope for my garden sail. Braid on braid 6mm ropes cut to length and ends heat sealed. Fast delivery. Sail looks great.
