I purchased supplement and instantly was in a subscription. I canceled subscription on email but still getting billed each month. I have left numerous emails for cancellation and refund but no response.

Fraudulent company. Fulfilled the order that I had paid for very slowly but then withdrew an additional sum from my account without permission. I have written to them 4 times over the period of a month with no satisfactory explanation or offer to return my money. I saw another reviewer had the same problem. Crooks, do not purchase anything from them.

Total Scam! ZERO stars. Do not buy. They tried to charge my card again yesterday. Thankfully my credit union blocked it as Fraud.

I ordered (and paid) over 2 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. Daily email saying its almost there (it's not). I'll wait another week and then file a fraud dispute with my CU per their instructions to get a refund.

Still waiting for a refund, whilst waiting more monies have been taken from my bank. I have notified my bank.

I was leary at first because product took awhile to arrive. But I'm now happy it finally arrived.

When I made the purchase on August 19th I was led to believe I would receive my order in 3-6 business days. It's August 31st and my order hasn't even shipped yet. I'll be lucky if I receive it by August of next year. I will never order from them again. You shouldn't either.

Despite their upscale website and other promotions, Rootwella seems to be just another fly-by-night online supplement supplier that makes their money selling products made and shipped from China. I've been waiting weeks for my order, and in the meantime, Rootwella made an unauthorized charge on my Paypal account. I contacted them and provided documentation of the charge, but they have done nothing and do not respond to my emails. Do not give these people your business!
