another cash grab service
service is down since 2 days ago with no headsup, and no response from their support.
today I received an email offer of Lifetime hosting service named "vertigohost" with rootpal logo below it. seems sketchy!
update:
seems the issue was due to an exploit and 3 months of data has been wiped! I tried getting my data out of the server and it seems they were able to restore my website from a 3 months old backup! aweful aweful service!

Solid solutions for Buisness needs
After having been onboard for a few months now I can say, that I am very happy with 3 things.
Plesk - It is the very best interface to manage websites. The experience is awesome, very intuitive and enables productivity.
Support - It works for me, I was in a pickle and needed help immediately. I opened a ticket, set it to urgent, spammed the live chat and all was sorted in less than 30 minutes. Normal ticket turn-around time is 12-24 hrs and is usually solved in the first attempt. They are competent.
Company - They listen to feedback and I have seen it implemented (Live chat has improved). The range of services is great, they can provide a range of solutions for any business's needs.
Also, I found a disabled feature in Plesk and ask for it enabled and how much it would cost per months. The guys showed me an alternative no-cost way of achieving the same.
This felt good as it demonstrated that they were more interested in helping me and not trying to make money from everything.
That is a how a business partner behaves and I can't get this from other hosting companies.

NextCloud - A great product and service.
I have hosting with Rootpal and have been really impressed with the quality of the product. NextCloud is something I wasn’t aware of but having seen this offer, did some research and it fitted the bill perfectly. I have used many cloud services over the years and it has got quite costly with monthly and yearly subscriptions. Rootpal’s offer means I can do away with those subscriptions and have my own branded cloud service for my clients. We’re all becoming increasingly aware of the ownership of our data and this is something that NextCloud helps me the address.

You purchased a deal, not through us, you will need to work with the team you purchased the codes through for the refund. If you purchased directly with us we could issue you a refund quickly but it takes some time if you purchased codes through another provider.
Really happy with this hosting service
Really happy with this hosting service. Have switched 2 of my sites over already with more to follow. Nice and clean interface for the account side of things and for the hosting side of things Plesk is a great choice. Have signed up for the WordPress Reseller account and have already developed this into a white label solution that I can now use with my own clients. Highly recommended!

Rootpal is by far my best hosting choice in years!
After 20 years of hiring web hosting for Wordpress sites, and paying high monthly payments, this is the first time that I have found a new company that gives me the confidence to move my sites.
Rootpal is a reliable and incredibly fast web host. My GTMetrix results far exceed other services that I have contracted and that cost me really expensive.
The support team is very agile, and has responded to my inquiries very diligently. They are also building a very powerful base of video tutorials that cover everything important in detail and that grows every day with new videos.
Their "Dedicated Resources" system that do not limit customers on RAM / CPU is what makes a real difference with other shared services. Rootpal servers are clustered and scaled, and the fact that only limit the GB space and Sites allowed makes an incredible difference in performance, specially for WordPress based sites.
I'm a CPanel man, but I must say that Plesk has amazed me with its power and ease of use. It honestly took me less than an hour to be able to use it with complete confidence.
