Originally was after a lions mane mushroom supplement, after a friend recommended Roo mushrooms I had a look - there was so much more variety and explains what each supplement does.
I ended up going with the sleep well package and I've only had these about a week but I have noticed better sleep! I feel like the lions mane will help with my focus.
