From signing on to completing our storage was seamless. Staff were so helpful. 2 years of no problems, easy to enter and exit facility. If i ever needed to store again Roomia would be the first call I make.

Highly recommend Roomia for all storage needs have been using them for 2 and a half years and still use them. Extremely pleasant helpful staff, property is well kept and very convenient anytime access. There is also a shop for all your packing needs and use of a moving vehicle if needed. They were very accommodating to suit our needs

We are still currently with Roomia, we like the security coupled a tidy site it has easy to use access, friendly staff and fixed rent coatings I would recommend to any one to invest in there storage with Roomia.

Very friendly service with prompt…
Very friendly service with prompt replies to questions and changes in storage arrangements. However, I have stopped using Roomia services because I found a closer and cheaper storage provider. Improvements Roomia could make are: change mobile application colour from blue to green to match Roomia branding, put signs on the gates that match the description on in the app. ONe thing you can't change but was a little bit annoying was the clunky, winch operated elevators. Some of your competitors use counterbalanced lifts, like in office buildings, providing a quieter and more pleasant ride. And you don't have to wait 10 years for the doors to open.
