We were away on holiday for a week and then suddenly got this message to say you would be deliviering that same week and that if there was no one to recieve it, we might have to pay for a new delivery charge.
It took several emails to sort it out and was very stressful. Then you did not deliver until reminded weeks later.

I had a handle that had broken after 20 years of use.
I phoned and was asked to send a photo of the handle and the serial number on the window.
I received an email telling me which part to order. I placed the order and received the replacement handle in a couple of days.
It was good to be able to speak to someone who knew how to solve the problem.

Excellent company, quality product
Simple, straightforward, great customer service, quick delivery and good price for a great quality product, the top hung and centre pivot window is a brilliant design, giving the best of both options. My wife and I are extremely happy with it.
