I ordered a few vents by phone and was told it might take a week or more. With ladders and scaffold all over the house and roof, I asked if there's any way they could go out sooner ... received them 2 days later.

Had several questions about Active Ventilation Products which I seperately e-mailed to the company over the course of a week, and I received a prompt detailed reply on each of them within 24 hours. That, right there, is excellent service...

I was to receive a slanted roof vent and what I got was a flat roof vent

I received the air vents for my roof within a week and were in perfect condition (packaged very well). They are exactly what I expected. Installation went as planned...no surprises regarding the vents from Active Ventilation Products.

Great experience and delivery of a very good grade of product for my particular need which I could not find locally without paying much more than I paid.Very good professional service as well.

Purchased 18 vents for the attics of our townhome complex. We chose these since they claim to be tested to 200 MPH winds since we live on the east coast.
However, we have some leaks, which appear to be due to the installation. The roofers did not look up the instructions online, and just used a roofing nail in each corner. It appears they need to go back and add screws like the instructions show.
If this fixes the problem, I'll upgrade the review grade.

The custom vent was exactly what we needed for the flue on the furnace vent in the greenhouse. A size that was not readily available at the stores here. Prompt manufacture and delivery was another issue. The date promised with the purchase and the delivery were anything but smooth. It finally arrived days late and the only thing that saved the job was that the installers for the repairs to the greenhouse were also delayed in finishing the job. Things worked out but not without some good antiacids along the way!!!!!

would have given more star but someone put the wrong address in for my shipping and delayed my order by 3 weeks. but when i called they where quick to fix the problem and had product in 3 days

Received the wrong finish on the product I ordered. I made a phone call and the correct product was shipped out all most immediately.
Things happen is business, it was a simple error, but they took care of it professionally and quickly.

Great job helping me with questions and ordering product.

The ordering process was a little clumsy, but at the end of the day, I got what I was looking for. Customer Service was top notch, very friendly. Even got a call apologizing for sending the wrong item (got a roof base, but didnt order it). Oh and my cats loved the enormous box the vent shipped in, so that was a good thing too!

They built exactly what I asked for.
It was delivered intact.
We installed it just like we planned on with no issues.
