Had a fantastic experience with Roof Tests and Surveys! Craig was recommended by a friend and I completely understand why. He was very professional and diagnosed the problems with our flat roof in detail. He also took time to make sure I understood the problems, the solutions and the cost implications. He sent an informative report that same evening and has also been great with follow up questions that I've had.

The cherry on the cake is that his expertise ended up saving us about £7k as he indicated how our problem could be fixed without fully replacing the roof. I would highly recommend getting a professional and unbiased survey from Craig before embarking on any major roof work!

Craig is very knowledgeable and professional. Use of drone and drone photography gives views you don’t usually get plus an insight into the look of the overall condition from above. His report is helpful and to the point. Also made it out at relatively short notice on a Saturday morning just before XMAS. Thank you.
