This company are the pits

This company are the pits, No customer service at all, do not answer calls or emails, have taken 4 weeks to pick up wrong coloured tiles, but instead of replacing with correct colour, you need to place a new order once you are refunded. Well 2 weeks later, still no refund, disgusting behaviour from a well known business, I would steer clear

The item was left outside my front door…

The item was left outside my front door when we was out at work. I have been trying to rectify this with roofgiant to get a refund. I have had nothing so far
