Great Service Recommended Seller

Been looking around for the best prices for Intel Core i9 12900K 12th Gen Alder Lake 16 Core Processor. For my music pc build I came across Rons electronics. I took the plunge as the price was the best price I could find on the internet.

I ordered the item on the 8/08/2022 and was given a estimated time scale between the 9/08/2022 & 12/08/2022.
I only looked at the reviews on here after my purchase to read some negitive feedback. I did worry at first. So I did some research and I found they are a registered company which can be found on the goverment business website with accounts up to date.

So they are far from a scam company like some have mentioned in their review. Which to be honest it`s a bit unfair on the company.

The item I ordered arrived on the 11/08/2022 via DPD.
Item was very well packaged & arrived in a timely manner.

I have installed the processor on the 13/08/2022
Item works perfectly and is running like a dream.
So overall I`m delighted with my purchase. I got my item at a good price and delivered earlier than expected. So many Thanks to Rons electronics, I will definately be ordering from you again.

There is a FAQs section on the site that some haven`t even bothered to read.

So I`ve listed a few things from there :

What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the link to track your order.

Or, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders are processed within 3-12 hours. At which point items are sent from our distribution centers. Once the item has been collected by the courier, the item will be marked as dispatched and the customer is notified by email and SMS. At which point the order can not be changed or canceled. For information on the estimated arrival date, see the estimated shipping time reported at checkout.

Is it safe to order?
While we understand we don't have the reputation or presence of a large online store, we pride ourselves in our service. We have a combined 20 years of OEM and Wholesale experience.

Your payment and information is handled securely through Shopify and Shopify Payments.

You have full protection with your Bank and Credit Card Company.

All items sold are branded products, which are Brand New.

Yes, we do accept returns subject to fulfilment of the following conditions:

Cancel without a refund

Bought a GPU and an SSD. Requested cancellation within 24h. The cancellation was successful but I never receive my refund. 5 days have passed and the order still shows 'Paid' instead of 'Refunded' on their website. I never get my money back.

Update: Got refund 2 days after last review. So I guess it's a real business, but lack customer service.

Not too late

Product came a day later than the time frame specified (arrived 9th, scheduled between 4th and 8th) but when it arrived product was in full working order and safely packaged.

Robots selling robots

Ordered a monitor, only to receive an email a week later saying the order had been cancelled. No explanation.
I went on line to see it was out of stock.
No human interaction at all, despite an email asking why it was cancelled. Sent another email about another monitor - no answer. Terrible service

Mixed opinions

Realisticly I would give it a 3.5. I ordered a monitor on Thursday and I was told delivery would be in 1-3 days and would be express. I thought this was unlikely because of all the other reviews and quite unsure as to if it would even arrive. Then Sunday I emailed them to ask what was happening, and the next day I was sent a dispatch email, not sure if it was a result of the email because it was not replied to. Yesterday I sent another email asking for tracking details and today they replied with the details but they did reply a bit late with the monitor being delivered earlier today.
Overall delivery was a few days late and not sure if I would use again due to other peoples experiences but my monitor was brand new and in the original box and works perfectly fine, but up to you whether you would trust it. Specifically made this account for this review.

Am having a nightmare with a big order…

Am having a nightmare with a big order I made in May 2022. They emailed to say they didn't have one component - so I said send what you do have. So far despite me sending multiple messages - they've not sent anything, taken £7k off my credit card in May and there is no way to get in touch with them. They have good reviews on here - so clearly they are not criminals - but I would be very cautious about spending a lot of money with them.

UPDATE 17th OCTOBER - after my message above, on the 21st August they said they'd cancelled my order and would refund the money - but it still hasn't come and it's very difficult to chase this money as there is no phone number. I would be very careful before every buying anything from their website.

Quick, cheap, but not informative

I kept seeing this website appearing at the top of my Google searches when I was searching for Google Nest speakers. Their products were a lot cheaper than any other website so eventually I went for it. But I did become concerned as I had to pay by bank transfer and had no confirmation that they had received the payment. Just kept saying 'payment pending', and I also wasn't able to track my item. Also their registered address worried me as it seems to be a different shop when you view it on maps and they also have no number to call. But I did receive an email saying it was on the way and then it did turn up the following day. The return address is a different company so they must order from other companies. No idea how they do it or why it is cheap but I'm not complaining as my items arrived in perfect condition. (Another strange thing was that when I checked the item a day after I purchased it, it had doubled in price, seemed dodgy but again, my item arrived fine so no complaints).
